      You don’t need to make no complicated elixir. All you need is to include at least 2-3 cloves of fresh garlic into your daily diet. Garlic not only prevents cancer but it also dissolves fat deposits on the insides of your blood vessels. The turmeric is also good, but I only take one teaspoonful if I get stomach upset.
      Mild exercise is the best. The health benefits of doing any kind of sport or strenuous exercise have not been established. Since I live in a big city, it’s more convenient to walk everywhere, and that, I believe is exercise enough. That’s the reason I buy my cigarettes by the pack, so as to force me to walk to the tobacconist shop every day.
      If you smoke, I would seriously advise against quitting. From all the people I know who have died of lung cancer, ALL were either non-smokers or in one case the guy quit 35 years prior. I would advise cutting down, even though that’s easier said than done. The original metastudy, the Doll Study, that they did actually proved that smoking prevents lung cancer, but the results got covered up. Not so for heart disease, though, and that’s why you need the garlic. I would stay away from doing too much onion because that can cause and/or exacerbate kidney stones.
      As regards the social aspects of garlic consumption: I’ve been doing this for over 30 years and the longer you do it, the less noticeable it becomes on your breath. You may get an increase in skin secretion of allicin, though. One time I showered at a friend’s house and he said it smelled just like a salami in there afterwards.
      It’s like anything else, you gotta do it in moderation. Same with the drinking. If you quit drinking, statistically, you won’t live longer than if you don’t. No, it’ll just seem that way.
