Milwaukee, WI- Homeowner Bishop Kennedy was watching television and relaxing in his own home on a Saturday afternoon last Feb when he was rudely interrupted by two police officers that walked into his home for a so-called welfare check. when Mr. Bishop spotted them in his home he immediately told them to get out of his house, to which the officers replied “ We are here on a welfare check, someone called us and that you might be trying to overdose, or hurt yourself”  However,as you will see in the video, it was clear that Mr. Kennedy was perfectly fine, as he proceeded to school these unconditional thugs on what the phrase a mans home is his castle means.

“Y’all don’t scare me,” says Kennedy. “Y’all would scare me if I had done something wrong.”

“If you didn’t want somebody in your house, wouldn’t you tell them to get out of your house,” says Kennedy as officer Wolf looks on like a deer in headlights.

This Awesome Old Man Flexes His Rights After Two Cops Refuse to Leave his Home, He Wins!

Milwaukee, WI — Bishop Kennedy was relaxing in his own home on a Saturday afternoon last month, when two police officers rudely interrupted him.

The two officers, Gonzalez, and Wolf, claimed to have been doing a welfare check on Kennedy. They said someone called in and said he might be trying to overdose to hurt himself. However, it was clear that Kennedy was vibrant and nowhere close to an overdose.

Clear-headed and assertive, Kennedy refused to allow the officers to push him around in his own house. He demanded they leave.

Kennedy, also well within his rights, refused to give the officers his name.

“welfare check” is the latest trick they are using to violate your rights. “We are doing this for your own good” Fourth Amendment: Reasonably secure against unreasonable search and secure. Like the “criminal activity” that turned out to be a 70 year old couples’ at-home Quilt business that warranted a SWAT raid.

Never leave your door unlocked. If you do cops can legally just walk in! Believe it or not. I notice they only said “someone called” never did say who that was. What a line of BS…..
