Ohio Judge: Don't Bring Up The Constitution in My Courtroom It Will Confuse The Jury

Ohio- During a pre-trial hearing, Ohio judge Catherine Barber agreed with a motion filed by a prosecutor asking to ban a defendant from bringing up the United States Constitution or the constitutionality of the law under which he is charged with a crime.
Retired Judge Catherine Barber, who was filling in for Xenia Municipal Judge Michael Murray stated
“there will be no mentioning of the Constitution” and then laughed when the defendant claimed that uttering words on a public sidewalk constitutes free speech. This was in response to a suggestion from the prosecutor that bringing up the constitution and civil rights “will confuse the jury.”
This case all started when journalist and editor of the Greene County Herald Virgil Vaduva purposefully stood out in front of the Xenia police station trying to raise awareness concerning the constitutionality of the city’s anti – panhandling law and was arrested under the very statue he was there protesting.

Clucker’s little bird brain is immensely confused by such a concept indeed.
Corrupted judge who doesn’t want juries in his court or across America to know that ALL jurors can and do have the right to access whether or not a ‘law’ or ‘statute’ is constitutional and/or is being applied grossly or unfairly and declare a vote of JURY NULLIFICATION.
Jury nullification is legal and binding, folks! Pass this information along to everyone you know who has received jury duty. Vote jury nullification when you know the courts and sentencing guidelines are wrong and STOP the imprisoning via gross overreach of government and the courts of the American people.
The constitution is what we are supposed to abide by above all. No matter what garbage this government thinks it can sway us with. Denying the constitution as reference for any reason, and not using it as the basis for legal judgement, should be punishable by deportation and removal of all connections between them and the US, or death. Their choice. That’s how I would be protesting.
The people still hold true to the constitution. No amount of backroom laundering and bribery for laws to pass can change what the people agree with. It was pretty much the last set of rules the public has ever agreed to, and the last one we are ever going to follow, until the end of this country. We have thus far gone along with everything they have thrown at us, but if they try and violate our rights physically, they WILL get killed for it. This countries people have no allegiance left for the current government.
Treason comes to mind for this BAR fake judge and BAR prosecuter.
