You had better check behind this guy. He claims that Real property is only corporate property such as a business. Black’s law simply defines Real property as any property that “is fixed and cannot be moved and includes buildings attached to that property.”
It has always been that, what is your point?
My point is if you listened to the video, that he claimed Real Property was only that which is used for business and that your home is not considered Real property.
That is not what I read under the definition.
