Philadelphia, PA– In this video that was filmed on March 25,2015, Pennsylvania Fire Marshal Tony Soto shows America how to deal with police officers that violate our God given rights. Apparently, the officer pulled Mr Soto over because his vehicles windows had to dark of a tint on them. When Mr Soto shows the officer that he has an exemption permit from the PA DOT that allows him to have the darker tint due to his eyesight problem, the officer than tells him that he also pulled him over because he had a headlight out. When Fire Marshal Soto informs the officer that he is mistaken about that as well, that is when the real fireworks start.
In the first video which was captured via personal dash cam, the officer claims that he pulled Soto over for a couple of reasons. The first reason being his tinted windows- which Soto quickly invalidates by showing him his tint permit. The officer next claims that the man’s headlight is out, which Soto asserts it was not and he’s right.
Upon receiving the information proving Soto broke no laws, the officer attempts to illegally open the marshall’s door.
Soto requests a supervisor as the officer is attempting to violate his constitutional rights, and pulls out his identification as well as his fire fighter badge. He then hands the information over along with his tint permit.

“I’m glad you think you’re changing the world,” the officer replies.
“No sir actually, let me explain something to you, I’m not changing the world okay, I’m professional, and we’re going to change it one person at a time,” Soto continues on to say.

Makes me think though, you call the fire department, and they jump out of their trucks wearing riot gear, and immediately start pepper spraying and whacking the people out side the home, business etc.
No they are not there to put out the fire, they are there to show the people on the street that they mean business, and they want an answer as to what rat started the fire.

90% of police are little more than pigs and should be treated as such and even more so when they are not on duty.
They hide their faces because they know that most the time they are not serving the public but the interests of tax collectors and money changers.
Hitler’s SS-Gurards would not allow them to join because they are too exstream and modern day pigs get upset if they cannot use their zapper cattle prods at least once a month.
The cop was straight up ornery and that is unacceptable. Yeah I do understand the fire marshall frustrations because I too was stopped by a ornery cop ten years ago who who saw things that were not real and insisting that they were. Just in case the sargeant make it to the scene and he is out of sorts too call for the captain. Let me tell you they do not like going out on calls because their officers are stuck on stupid. Usually the sargeants nip it in the bud due to not wanting to seem inept in front of their captains.
Everyone needs, no, everyone MUST have some way to video tape in their vehicles at all times.
