Baltimore Riots Were Incited By Police - James MacArthur; The Baltimore Blogger

 The Baltimore Blogger, James McArthur, knows first hand the brutality suffered by the poor black people living in the city of Baltimore. James came to Baltimore nearly 12 years ago because he was inspired to write in the home city of one of his favorite writers, Edgar Alan Poe. James says it didn’t take long for him to understand the police in Baltimore were a corrupt organization who acted more like criminals than peacekeepers.

He began writing about that corruption and soon became a favorite target for the BPD. James is not surprised the city of Baltimore is burning tonight and says, “You cannot brutalize people for decades and expect them to just keep taking it, sooner or later they will stand up and fight back.” According to McArthur, the people have been begging the city for years to do something about the police in their neighborhoods and until now their pleas have gone unheard.

The time has come for the city of Baltimore to do something about their police forces in the inner city , if they do not and the deaths and rape continue there will never be peace.” Mr. McArthur spoke with Pete Santilli saying, he was watching students have a peaceful march when the police approached in an armored vehicle and started pushing the students to incite the riot. James says what was a peaceful protest turned quickly to violence when Baltimore Police opened fire with rubber bullets and tear gas.

“I have no idea what the mainstream media is reporting about how this whole riot got started, they came late and not until the police had already angered the kids so I’m guessing their reporting is skewed.” “I do know what I saw. I was there from the very beginning, once again the police used excessive force on peaceful protesters and caused the whole thing to escalate out of control.” The kids said “Hell no.”
