LOL. But if the chart is right why are candida sufferers prevented from taking foodls like Bananas ets wheh they are alkaline?
Tomato juice has an acidity/ph of about 2 but when it comes out its around 10. Also most tap water has a ph of about 9.6 not 7. This has to do with the makeup of the pipe. I can’t remember the equation but a ph of 7 in tap water will shorten the life of pipe.
