Looks like the UN has taken over the USA – no doubt this is a planned occupation. A one world government, a one world currency, a slaughter of millions in the FEMA camps. These clips seem to think the ‘drill’ will go HOT, which means lots of arrests and killing and organized transportation systems to the camps and no one will be seen or heard from again.

As part of a deal signed  in Washington DC between the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry and FEMA, Russian officials will provide “security at mass events” in the United States, a scenario that won’t sit well with Americans wary of foreign assets operating on US soil.


According to a press release by the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defense and Emergencies, US and Russian officials met at the 17th Joint U.S.-Russia Cooperation Committee on Emergency Situations.


In addition to agreeing with FEMA to “exchange experts during joint rescue operations in major disasters,” the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry will also be providing “security at mass events” in the United States.


 

The days move on and we see more and more people aware of this drill that could go live at any time.  Appears it HAS ‘gone live.’

The Department of Defense is planning upcoming military exercises to take place in several Western states, including: California, Texas, Arizona, and New Mexico.   The military  exercises are going to take place in civilian areas, not on military bases.


The upcoming exercises may be in direct conflict with the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878 which limits the powers of the federal government in using its military personnel to enforce the state laws.


The law states:   Whoever, except in cases and under circumstances expressly authorized by the Constitution or Act of Congress, willfully uses any part of the Army or the Air Force as a posse comitatus or otherwise to execute the laws shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than two years, or both.


 

A classified action by US Army Special Operations Command exposed the plan.

“Jade Helm is a challenging eight-week joint military and Interagency (IA) Unconventional Warfare (UW) exercise conducted throughout Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, California, Nevada, Utah and Colorado,” according to an unclassified military document announcing the training drill, which runs from July 15 through September 15.
Multiple branches of the US military, including Green Berets, Navy Seals, and the 82nd Airborne Division will participate in the 8-week long exercise, which may result in “increased aircraft in the area at night.”
The exercise, in which some participants will be “wearing civilian clothes and driving civilian vehicles,” lists Texas and Utah as “hostile” territory.
According to the document, Texas was chosen due to the state’s “historically supportive… efforts to prepare our soldiers, airmen, marines and sailors to fight the enemies of the United States.”
Despite the document’s claims, multiple Army training manuals and studies in the past have specifically targeted such states due to concerns over the growing influence of right-leaning ideologies and groups, such as the “Tea Party.”
A leaked 2012 US Army Military Police training manual, entitled “Civil Disturbance Operations,” described how soldiers would be ordered to confiscate firearms and kill American “dissidents.” The manual also revealed that prisoners would be detained in temporary internment camps and “re-educated” to gain a new appreciation of “U.S. policies,” in accordance with U.S. Army FM 3-19.40 Internment/Resettlement Operations.
