Is that what we are? Overtaken by nefarious men and women in the halls of government, public schools and thinktanks of every persuasion, America is a hollowed out shell. The people are ruled by red tape, paperwork and a government populated with traitors, power mongers and sellouts.

A militarized police force along with the Department of Homeland security guarantees that the criminals in charge will have plenty of protection in the event anyone stands up to them.

Free speech has been chilled so much that people have begun to speak in whispers when criticizing the government. Many people who used to speak their minds on public forums have gone underground and are now

using their time to prepare rather than try to inform others.

Any attempt to organize a group of like minded people is looked upon as a threat. Ask the IRS what they think about that.

Government agencies from the U.S. Department of Agriculture to the Department of Social Security have armed themselves to the teeth.

Executive orders and overreaching unconstitutional “laws” are lined up like good soldiers just waiting to be used, the language is so broad that, when implemented, the government will own everything, including you.

Jade Helm military exercises will soon be conducted all over the U.S. At the very least, this is more of the softening up process of the people to make a military presence in their towns and cities more palatable. At most, it could be the beginning of a multitude of drills going live as we have seen happen so many times before and as many are speculating, the implementation of martial law.

One thing to remember when pondering what I have written here is this: You have the power to stand in front of your Town Councils, Sheriffs Departments and other local alphabet agencies and school boards. You have the power to make them listen to you because they walk the same streets you do, eat at the same restaurants, attend your churches and live in your neighborhoods. Unless they all think they are immune from the ill effects of an overreaching Federal Government, you will find allies. I can assure you that there are those who know they are not immune and can see what you see coming.

The only difference in them and in you is that they take the time to attend the meetings that decide your fate on a local level. I keep hearing people whine and see them wringing their hands that there is nothing they can do and they don’t like the way the country is going. It takes courage to stand up to these people, but at least you can make them look you in the eye, if they can. If they can’t, they are just more cogs in the wheels of the machine and are the ones who must be taken out of power if they hold local office. You will never get that far in Washington D.C. You also have the power to remove them from office. Take a few hours once in awhile and go to these meetings, you never know what a huge difference you can make until you at least try. You might surprise yourself.
