It probably is, the supplied photo has been doctored which you would notice if you examine the size of the left eye and the blurred left ear, obvious even on the supplied sample on this page. Not something you would find on a quality still where the subject is posing for that all important graduation shot., therefore I would conclude the photo is faked, possibly merged with a second. As to whom that was, your guess is as good as mine.
