Jacksonville Sheriff’s Officer Traffic Stop Gets Shut Down (Video)

% of readers think this story is Fact. Add your two cents.

A Jacksonville Sheriff’s officer pulled over a private investigator who was investigating a young lady. She called the police and told them he was stalking her. According to Mike of the YouTube Channel F.T.G., the young lady in question has been the subject of several investigations and has done the same thing to other investigators, making false claims to get the police to harass them.

Watch the video to see how the investigator handles the police in this traffic stop. He is calm and sticks to his guns that he will not answer questions, and he wants them to articulate the crime they suspect him of committing (a requirement for police to legally detain someone). The police cannot do that, so he remains silent. As a result, the police cannot escalate the stop any further. This is a very good tactic for dealing with police. They were able to get nothing on the investigator because there wasn’t anything to get. The allegations were false, so there was no reasonable  suspicion and therefore no need for him to continue complying with their orders.

What is really interesting is that the original officer leaves after other officers arrive on the scene. So, at that point there is not one officer on scene who knows what initially happened. If Mike had started answering questions, the officers would have had enough to escalate the stop. Mike reminds himself several times during the stop to “calm down.” He does a very good job of reining himself in, in my opinion. Something I am incapable of doing myself.

Good job, Mike, and thank you for providing a video record of how to handle a traffic stop. I think there are lessons to be learned from this video, as well as providing a guide for new CopBlockers to study. That way they will be prepared when the police state comes down on them! Check out the F.T.G. channel for other videos, like the one where cops harass him for trying to tell people about jury nullification. Google “jury nullification” to find information like this. Always film the police, and remember, “Badges Don’t Grant Extra Rights!”

yes! thanks for posting. we need to lose our fear of ‘authority’. when i see a cop, i see a clown in a clown suit, thinking they have powers the rest of us do not, because they have a clown suit on.

they are caesar’s minions, here to collect our money, harass and terrorize the populace.

if at all possible, NEVER EVER give the legal name. the moment you do, you are submitting to all of THEIR laws.
the legal, registered name is the only joinder to the corporate fiction spelled the same as your name but in all caps.
the legal name is the lynchpin they MUST obtain before they can inflict violence upon us, which is why the first thing they ask for is THE LEGAL NAME. it does not belong to you because it is registered. registered things are given up and to use the legal name is to commit fraud, plain and simple because we ARE NOT that fiction, we are the living soul with the same looking ‘name’.

the cops are kept, deliberately, at a disadvantage by not being properly trained in god given RIGHTS.

fight every ticket and fine in court to throw sand into the whells of the machine. imagine how many court hours, judges hours, cop hours we can ‘waste’ by fighting every single thing in court. so what if we lose? most of us would have paid the ticket anyway! they count, depend, on our compliance and submission.

      RESIST. RESIST. RESIST.

        correction:

the legal, registered name is the only joinder to the corporate fiction spelled the same as your name but in all caps.

meant to say that the legal name is the only joinder to THE LIVING SOUL. sorry.

Imagine the bible is accurate, the sun does circle the earth.
Imagine for all the police that have given false witness, and
what they have done to there fellow man.

The funny thing is you are all being watched constantly from
above, there is no getting away for any of us.

Warning! This video is extremely misleading. Sure the driver in this one case and a handful of others, was able to prevail using legal posturing, however in most cases the officers are not as accommodating. In fact here in Sacramento that driver would not have gotten passed his refusing the initial command before he was tasered, drug forcibly out of his vehicle and beaten half to death.

Being subjected to this kind of treatment truly isn’t fair but it’s a reality. You better understand quickly that your rights are never an option when police start screaming stop resisting while their fist pounds your unresisting blood soaked head into the concrete. As the responding cops converge in numbers the group like a pack of rabid dogs will strive to participate like in a frenzy to get their punch, kick or shot in. In truth I’d much rather run up on a bunch of meth crazed gangbangers than a pack of these citizen hunters. I’d have a better chance of defending my life.

In the best case scenario at the end of your whopping one cop will be cramming a knee in your back as they cuff you and cart you off to jail. At least in this case you get to walk or be carried away from the scene. Sadly the incidents where that one miniscule bit of resistance, even though perfectly within the drivers rights have cost them their freedom or lives.

It is always a good idea to read the rulebook before you start playing the game. But in In a rigged game the rules don’t really apply. If you have nothing to loose, that’s one thing, but for most other drivers following this example will only lead to further, perhaps avoidable misery. Unless you hunger for drama I don’t suggest sticking your finger in the eye of a lion.

        JMO,

I GUESS WE’D BETTER COMPLY LIKE GOOD LITTLE DOGGIES THEN!

nobody said resistance was easy or safe or risk-free but it’s what must be done at every opportunity.
you sound like a coward. just my opinion.

Your right.. I have nothing to lose, they stripped me clean to the bone a long time ago. No $hit!

Umm, well, “Mike” actually *did* end up answering their question – was he an investigator. He finally told them that he was an investigator and then they let him go.

      Beautifully Done!!!

I was Illegally detained sometime ago for spotting an error on my ‘Notice to Appear’ in regards to having my fingerprints re-done again. So out of good character I went to the Downtown Police HQ to inquire about this and cooperate. The front desk (o)fficer directed me up to the third floor without even explaining to me if the error was on my part or the Police Departments part. I took the elevator to the third floor, stepped out into a long windowless, empty hallway, something about the surroundings didn’t feel right.

There was only one heavy door across from the elevator and two emergency exit doors on either end. As I proceeded to the heavy set door there was a sign that read ‘RING BUZZER AND LET THE INTAKE OFFICER KNOW YOU ARE HERE’, the thought of being processed for detainment went through my mind at this point, so I rang the buzzer and a voice came over the intercom asking me for my first and last name. I asked the person on the com if I was being detained, he told me to have a seat and he will get back to me with an answer.

Almost an hour went by while I sat and waited, finally two officers came out to meet me, one of them said “looks like your going to be staying with us for awhile”. I was overwhelmed to say the least, “WTF are you talking about” is what I said and tried to explain to these guys that I was only here to inquire about an error with the paperwork and that I had no warrants. So much for cooperating and trying to fix the problem!

They processed me anyway and held me for at least 24 hours in the city cells before I could see a (JP) Justice of the Peace, the holding officer also told me that a $5,000 bail bond was now set for me and that a transfer was being arranged for me to the Remand Center after my arraignment. I was livid!

On or around 3 am, myself and two other inmates were called to go see the JP, the escort officer was going to act on behalf of the Crown Prosecutor, I told him they had made a mistake and that they had wrongfully detained me, I wasn’t paying no such bail bond and there was no way they were transferring me to the Remand Center. He told me to ‘shut up’ as this was his house, he set me off as I finally told him what they had done wrong and that I would be filing a lawsuit against him and the department.

What I said to the officer was that my finger prints had already been taken and that there was no problem from what I was told by the processing officer. Now I was concerned that there may have been a problem after all, so I came in to have them re-done, and instead of them re-doing my fingerprints they arrested me with no explanation as to why?

The officer knew I wasn’t going to be intimidated and changed his behavior, he said that he will explain this mix-up to the JP and see where it goes from there.

After the session was over, the JP and the Officer/Crown Prosecutor both apologized to me, threw out the bail bond and released me by 5 am.

Great vid, but lets be realistic, the guy was lucky, pick the wrong cop and he would have been shot dead, his hand movements would have been enough reason for a cop to fear for his life, Christ, just for standing up for his rights is reason to murder him in some cops eyes.
