The argument is wrong. The video of the sun shows it correctly. The sun starts out in front of the person proceeds around to the point it is behind the person and then comes around full circle to be in front. What could be more clear. The earth turns and the sun goes around in a full circle. It appears to go up and down in the sky because of the tilt of the earth.
The argument that is given in the first video is false because the direction that the observer faces is the important thing. It the observer starts out facing south (back to the pole) and continues to face south as the earth rotates the sun will appear to move in a circle around the observer (and should).
People have difficulty perceiving things in one plane that are actually happening in 2 or more planes. I live in the Northern hemisphere. My window faces east . In the middle of summer, the sun appears to rise in the northeast (ahead and to the left) and then it moves to be straight overhead, stays overhead and then as dusk approaches, it appears to move to the north and sets in the northwest. This would be behind me and the left. The sun does zig-zag, sort of, first left to right in the morning and the right to left in the evening, but all the time it is going from in front of me to behind me and then sets. There are two different planes of observance because of the tilt of the earth. The plane of the earth on its axis is not the same as the plane of the earth within the solar system. In the plane of the solar system my observation point goes up and down and back up again relative to the observed sun. Relative to the tilted plane of the earth the sun first appears to go right and then left. There is no evidence of a stationary earth from the above example.

i would think gravity is what keeps a plane tied to earths speed, the force of it pushing down is what keeps the plane connected.. which is why the further towards space you go the more separated you become and detached from its speed. just my guess

I don’t know if the Earth is flat or not, but my main question is of the tennis ball theory kind. I understand the planet has gravity, I get that… But how the water sticks to the Earth is quite amazing.
I’ve heard the argument that we’re spinning super fast, but it seems to me that if we were actually spinning that fast, we’d all have to hang on to handrails, AND EVEN THAT WOULDN’T ENOUGH! lol . I watched this video, understood all of it, and in the end came to the conclusion that our globe shaped earth rotates counter clockwise as it orbits the sun.

I have no clue how your time lapse video of the sun never setting and moving up and down proves a stationary earth! Is it because the sun goes up and down relative to the horizon? Well, unless you are standing on exactly the axis of the earth, then of course the sun would move up and down due to the tilt to the earth. You also quickly refer to the Michelson-Morley experiment as proof for a stationary earth. If one simply accepts the fact that the aether does not exist, which has been shown to be the case, then that in of itself shows why the Michelson-Morley experiment fails.
Also, please explain why we have retrograde motion of the planets if they are all going around us as opposed to the earth rotating. Another indication of the earth rotating is the Coriolis effect.
Oh, and by the way, if you feel this strongly about the earth being stationary, then present your evidence to the scientific community, and win the Nobel prize for your brilliant work!
Since I’ve looked at the second video, where it is discussed that the sun should move in a zig zag fashion if the earth is rotating, I now see why you think the first video proves the earth is stationary, as the sun has no zig zag movement. However, I believe the animation showing the zig zag is just plain incorrect! Seems to me the sun would sweep across the horizon in the same direction even with a rotating earth. Will need to see if I can create my own video that would show this. In the mean time, I need to accept the logical conclusion of all the scientists in the world and go with a rotating earth.
