Today is the official kick off date for the infamous drills known as Jade Helm 15—an eight-week military training exercise being conducted on our soil and in our cities. A drill in which no media is allowed to film or report on its activities. Though many military drills in the past have allowed reporters, this one is now closed off to anyone with a camera, making people more suspicious about what they are conducting behind the scenes.
But here’s the kicker, just as these mysterious drills ignite blacks outs scatter across the country, leaving many without cell phone service.

One thing to note about these outage is the fact that the state of California seems to be having some type of major outage in one particular area. Is this just a coincidence? Or is there something else going on?

If this is a military exercise then those with common sense will quit with all the conspiracy BS. We are talking about men in the military, not politicians and private security forces. Think about those military men. They are your sons and daughters, your spouse, your parents, your brothers and sisters. I served for 20 years in 2 branches and 2 different conflicts. No politician or government could get them to turn on they own people. When we serve in the military we may get our orders from the government, but we serve for the people and defend the constitution. If there were ever a conflict between the two, the military would be on the side of the people and the constitution!!!
Drills of the sorts are a good idea. Your forces will KNOW what to do when disaster strikes (such as all the ones obsessed about on BIN – earthquakes, tsunamis, terrorist attacks, EBOLA, alien invasion, ingrown toenails and hair loss).
