“We should expect that some portion of that money would go to the Iranian military and could potentially be used for the kinds of bad behavior that we have seen in the region up until now,” she said.

That “bad behavior” that we should expect the Iranians to continue to fund, of course, includes acting as a huge state sponsor of radical Islamic terror in Iraq, Yemen, Palestine and elsewhere.

Which goes to show you that Team Obama can’t bring themselves to utter the phrase “Islamic terrorism” even when that’s precisely what they’re talking about.

Sanctions against the Islamic Republic of Iran are slated to be dropped as part of the deal regarding its nuclear program that it has been negotiating with Secretary of State John Kerry and representatives of other nations.

But not to worry because Iran cannot use the money against Americans and American interests right away, Rice said.

“Our best judgment is, first of all, it’s going to take them quite a while to access that money,” she told CNN’s Wolf Blitzer on Wednesday. “And it will take — they won’t be able to get it all at once.”

Well, that’s relief! We have at least until a week from Friday, or whenever, to continue to enjoy our lives. Phew.

Once the nation meets the terms of the agreement, including the reduction of operating centrifuges for example, and submits to international inspections Iran will see its cash flow improve dramatically.

“And then, at that point, the sanctions will be suspended,” Rice explained. “And Iran will begin to be able to access its frozen accounts around the world.”

Rice also detailed the administration’s expectation — although it might be better described as a “hope” — that the Iranian government will choose to spend that money on its economy to improve the country’s morale.

But, of course, it would be unrealistic to assume all the money would be used to that end.

“But yes, it is real, it is possible and, in fact, we should expect that some portion of that money would go to the Iranian military and could potentially be used for the kinds of bad behavior that we have seen in the region up until now,” she admitted (H/T Breitbart).

“Expect,” she said. Increased funding for radical Islamic terror was the expectation of the Obama administration, and yet they signed off on this deal anyway.
