Tonight on Freaky Friday it gives us immense pleasure to announce we will be joined by Cliffard & Carol Carnicom of The Carnicom Institute to share with us their pioneering research into persistant contrails AKA chemtrails, the altering of our fragile atmosphere, geo-engineering, morgellons and more. Cliffard Carnicom was one first researchers to blow the lid off a conspiracy that has dire ramification for us all.

For me personally this will be a high water mark in my time presenting due to the fact that the Carnicom research was something I first came across all those years ago when the veil started to lift for me. We truely are blessed with the presence of research royalty tonight on Freaky Friday. Clifford E Carnicom

Clifford Carnicom is a self-employed professional computer consultant in Santa Fe, New Mexico for the past thirteen years. He provides unique on-site personal services to small businesses and individuals including system analysis, networking, software development, and website consultation design, and implementation services.

Clifford Carnicom is also the founder and President of the Carnicom Institute, a non-profit research and educational organization that is devoted to environmental and health issues. Clifford also worked as a technical research scientist acting in a professional capacity supporting analysis and development of major Department of Defense physical and weapons modeling systems, with extensive computer programming and system application development experience. He has held a Top Secret/SCI clearance. He was appointed for and completed two years of intensive graduate level studies in mathematics, statistics, computer science, and geodesy under the auspices of the Department of Defense.

In addition to computer, analytical and management skills, Clifford holds a variety of other skills and expertise from his prior careers including his work as a Cadastral Land Surveyor and research scientist in support of public domain lands of the Bureau of Land Management where he developed original software to assist in the automation and efficiency of large scale database operations. He investigated and researched alternative and sophisticated technologies for geodetic surveys.

Clifford has been a federal employee of the United States government for 15 years within three agencies, including the Department of Defense, The Bureau of Land Management, and the United States Forest Service.

Clifford was the Defense Mapping Agency Aerospace Center Employee of the Year, Supervisor of the Year, and he received the Geodetic Sciences Departmental Award for outstanding technical, managerial, and cost effective performance.

He provided the US Defense research industry with original solutions to system development and modeling problems, including application of higher mathematics, statistics, computer programming, information management, task scheduling, product development, and computer graphics. Clifford has extensive technical briefing and written communication experience. He has received the Department of Defense Best Presentation Award representative of his excellent communication skills.

His Bachelor of Science Cum Laude degree was attained in the field of Surveying and Photogrammetry from the Civil Engineering Department at California State University at Fresno, California. His post-graduate studies were conducted at The Ohio State University and Washington University. He also possesses an Associate of Sciences degree and a Forest Engineering vocational degree from College of the Redwoods in Eureka, California. His education encompasses a wide variety of disciplines, including geodetic science, advanced mathematics, engineering, statistics, physical sciences, computer science and the life sciences. Clifford is a part-time foreign exchange trader and recent studies extend to that of financial markets, accounting, business, music and art. He is also a certified Bookkeeping Specialist.  Clifford continues to further his education with ongoing study that includes the Great Courses, Thinkwell scientific courses, and online courses at Duke University and Nanyang Technological University.  Clifford is a General Class Amateur Radio Operator with callsign N0LKC.

Carol was born in Washington, but lived most of her life in Montana until moving to Santa Fe, New Mexico with her husband, Clifford, in 1998.

As a child she lived outside of Missoula, Montana, where she went to elementary and high school, and later to the University of Montana, majoring in music.

In the 70’s and 80’s she lived near Sun River, Montana, raising a family and managing a small farm which she and her first husband owned.   She continued with her music by taking private cello lessons and playing in the Great Falls Symphony.    She also began studying photography more seriously.

In 1995, Carol attended the Rocky Mountain School of Photography in Missoula, Montana.

Carol has taught music at the Santa Fe Waldorf School since 1999.  For nearly 10 years, she also managed a program at St. Vincent Hospital in Santa Fe for young alcohol offenders.   At the present time she continues teaching at Waldorf, both classes and private cello lessons, and furthers her photography with occasional photography shows, as well as selling prints and photo greeting cards.

Carol’s involvement with the Carnicom Institute is a reflection of her support for the outstanding research Clifford is doing on the environmental and health issues currently affecting all of us.
