Dear Sum of US:

I am a Canadian activist who has been campaigning against trade agreements (ALL OF THEM) for many years now.

Your current petition against the TPP is actually furthering the problem and
I will herein inform you as to how it is doing so. There is a serious lack of information here, and that lack of information is causing you to target a whole-body infection by focusing on the little toe.

The TPP is a loss leader, as is the TTIP. You, and we, and all other signatory nations, lost our rights to transparency and accountability when GATT was the only “trade agreement” going on. You only need to read a few things to get it straight and realize they do not NEED these agreements… they are a red herring! (See www.wto.org to find these bits that are the problem, they don’t hide them, but few go looking)

First, the secrecy/confidentiality issue has been MANDATED since GATT.
If you do not agree to total confidentiality, you cannot get into the group. Penalties are HUGE for violations… even if you are a Supreme Court Justice. (witness crazy decisions made favoring multinational corps over citizen rights… do you wonder why?)

Second, the TRIPS rules (Trade-Related Intellectual Properties) have been
in place since GATT, and THEY are what guarantee the profit potential of all PATENTED GOODS AND SERVICES…. over and above ALL domestic law.

Thirdly, the WTO describes trade agreements (in a section on “Sovereignty”) as “international contracts” which supersede domestic laws and are enforceable via trade sanctions rendered by… guess who… the WTO…
…which has been in place since the early 90′s.

Fourthly, the US and Canada now have MANY trade agreements either concluded and in place or on the table, and there really is NO DANGER to anything by dumping EITHER the TTIP OR THE TPP. They can use BOTH
as “loss leaders”, make people think they still have a working Constitution (DOMESTIC LAW!!!), and ignore the fact that all those rules are ALREADY
in place via OTHER trade agreements!

Fifthly, there is this little thing called “Agenda 21″ (look that puppy up) from the UN, which includes the “Trade In Services Annex”… TISA. That allows
for the standardization of ALL PROFESSIONAL SERVICES to allow for “mobility” between “regions” (which is what your nation is becoming, a
trade region, not a country).

THERE IS NO MANDATE IN ANY DEMOCRACY FOR THE GIVING AWAY OF NATIONAL SOVEREIGNTY. THIS IS WHY IT IS ALL SECRET. YOUR SOVEREIGNTY HAS BEEN AWARDED TO A GROUP OF OFFSHORE,
UN-ELECTED INDIVIDUALS WHOM YOU CANNOT SUE, CANNOT EVEN NAME, AND WHO BEAR NO RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU OR YOUR FAMILY OR YOUR NATION. Only a country can sue the trade group… not you!

Until people realize that the horse is already stolen, they will continue to think that locking the barn will save it.

If your site, and others, fail to recognize this fact, you are actually unwittingly pushing the globalist agenda.

Don’t feel bad… you aren’t the only ones being horn-swoggled. But one
need only take a peek HERE: “Trump catches attention of CFR, Bilderberg, Trilateral” at NoMoreFakeNews.com to see what is going on… the Donald has run afoul of that group now by calling for “special trade deals” and TARIFFS… which is the main antithesis against ALL trade deals which call for NO TARIFFS.
Just watch what happens now. (think about the more than 3,000 lawsuits
in the international courts where companies are suing COUNTRIES over
their pesky domestic laws… and how many have been won and lost… and think about the fact that it is the TAXPAYER who must pay the sanctions
and fines levied. Canada lost $252 MILLION because of UPS suing over Canada Post. California lost over $900 MILLION due to a lawsuit against
it for banning the use of METHANEX as a gas additive. Shall I go on?)

Meanwhile, please, please, please, look into this stuff. It is exactly as
I’ve shown you and it even goes deeper. But we all have to fight for the abrogation of ALL these trade deals. SECRECY HAS NO PLACE IN GOVERNANCE…. and there is NO MANDATE FOR THE GIVING AWAY OF SOVEREIGNTY OF THE NATIONS.

ALL candidates in both Canadian and American elections need to have
this one question asked and answered: “SHOW ME THE MANDATE FOR YOU TO SIGN AWAY OUR RIGHTS AND SOVEREIGNTY!” There isn’t one. These agreements are ALL ILLEGAL for their LACK OF INFORMED CONSENT FROM STAKEHOLDERS (YOU AND ME!) AND THOSE PROMOTING THEM NEED TO BE WEARING ORANGE JUMPSUITS!

Thanks for your attention. I hope to see something coming from this in the near future. Believe me, your coverage of this issue will change much, and you will see that for yourselves if you but LOOK.
