This effort by TPTB will be to attempt to save the human race and institute a one world government . Hence the underground bases to save the elite and walmart to save those who survive this event .I would guess they have a computer ranking system where they have listed those people who will be eligible to be saved in so-called detention camps , where they will also probably be re-conditioned into a one world government .
