Executive Actions – Obama has proven with Immigration that Executive Actions are his favorite tool for circumventing Congress. This is also true with gun control. He’s already signed several and more are on the way!
Artificial Ammo Shortages- he has used the enormous buying power of the Federal government to limit the supply of ammo for everyday gun owners.
Environmental Protection – Obama used the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to force the closure of a lead smelting plant that is integral in the ammunition production industry. This closure now gives Obama the ability to use trade policies and tariffs on imported lead to control ammo production in the U.S.
Obamacare Provisions – Little known provisions in Obamacare has allowed the “legal” confiscation of hundreds of thousands of firearms from law-abiding Americans (many veterans). This is an outrage!
