ISLAMIC State (ISIS) leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi has been hit during air strikes in Syria today.

That is the news now being reported by several news agencies after an Iraqi airstrike on a convoy near the Syrian border that was allegedly carrying the IS caliphates religious and hardman leader, and ex-prison Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi.

Ive actually lost count how many times they have now killed this cat, so who knows whats going on. I would be more likely to believe it if it came from the Russian’s, but bare in mind that the Iraqi government have asked Russia for assistance in taking on the terrorists, so possibly there was an exchange of useful intelligence that led to his.

Iraq’s Air Force have reportedly hit a military convoy carrying the leader of Islamic State Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi in Iraq.

A military statement claimed the strike had taken purportedly place in the Iraqi province of Anbar but admitted it was unclear if al-Baghdadi had been killed.

It is thought Iraqi jets targeted the convoy as it was travelling close to the Syrian border in Western Anbar today.
