A plan to modify DNA and control the human race has been set in motion by the power elite. Their plan to build a super human army and create ‘the perfect race,” is not a thing of the future, it is now! DARPA has set out to modify the human species by creating a race of “Super Soldiers.” If they are successful, these soldiers will be genetically modified transhumans capable of extraordinary things. Including building a solider that can run faster than any human alive, a soldier who doesn’t eat or sleep for days, or one that can re-grow limbs. These are things DARPA is working on. According to Daily Mail they are genetically modifying humans in this way:
“Most gene modification techniques involve placing genetically modified DNA inside a virus and injecting it into the human body. The virus then enters human cells, and its modified DNA attaches itself to the human DNA inside those cells.” Daily Mail
This playing “god” has crossed the line in my opinion and the truth of the matter is little to no research has been done on its effects. Therefore it is possible to have a widespread pandemic, some type of zombie-fied person, humans without a conscious, or worse.
Add to that the fact that the Pentagon has just commissioned DARPA to implant chips in soldiers brains….it’s like something from the pages of a sci-fiction novel.

I worked in the laboratory manufacturing chips to be ingested by humans, this was many years ago. These chips used your stomach acid to activate the battery which broadcast information through iPhone/iPad. This is nothing new but most ignorant humans are unaware of this technology, wake up.
Yes, the rattle thing has been used many times by Lisa Haven. Always the click whore when it comes to the quick stories she scrapes off the Internet and sensationalizes it to get people to click on it. At least Google has a contract with the military for the Google Glass! lol
As for the tech using stomach acid to activate the chips to send data to the IPhone, this is a good thing since those chips are used to diagnose human organs and digestive systems. They will not be served to Humans at your local Fish and “Chips” place on a Friday night!

Charlie here. As you know Russia came out with a warning that there was 45,000, or was it 4500, ways Russia can be defeated by outside forces previously unknown and EVERYONE of those ways were DEADLY!
One curiously mentioned was DNA alterations. Do you have shades of ZOMBIE thoughts in your mind?? He did not mention how, however.
