PRP SHELTER SYSTEM for the HOMELESS-AKA KINGDOM CAMPS-Part One

INTRODUCTION-KINGDOM REVELATION of a KINGDOM CONCEPT

     “During the course of these past two months the Lord has been unveiling a Kingdom Concept to meet the needs of His people. God loves the homeless and has a plan for their lives.  This all began to unfold around the middle of Sept. 2015 in Port Hardy, BC, where the Holy Spirit gave me the vision of the J.O.S.E.P.H. INITIATIVE.  This was birthed after building a mock up of a Rocket Stove kitchen as a center piece of a disaster relief camp.  The acronym stands for a J-oint O-perative S-pecializing in E-mergency P-repping & H-ousing.  The 24 ft. diameter camp kitchen uses the Relocation Platform technology (inspired by divine inspiration in 2009) to build the portable hexagonal H7-432 sq. ft. base.

     After my stay at Port Hardy came to an end I was scheduled to do some work at my sister’s in Port Albernie.  While here I asked the Lord one morning quite candidly, “What do you want to do?”  Very clearly I heard the voice of the Lord in my spirit say. “Kingdom Camps.”  This is how the Lord works with me.  That same day I sent an email to the Jim Bakker Show about the Kingdom Camps and J.O.S.E.P.H. INITIATIVE.  Last week I received a reply saying this it was handed over for review.

     Replacing the gazebo tent cabin was the next piece of the puzzle to fall into place.  By designing bolt on side extensions the hexagonal base could be converted into a circular design suitable for yurts.  The next step was soon to follow.  Earlier this week CTV News carried a clip about the homeless situation in Abbotsford, BC.  In response I began drafting a proposal to send to the City Council the next morning.  This led to designing a portable camp system using concepts engineering back in 2009.

     At the time of this writing I’ve completed the rough draft and preparing to publish it on Before Its News.  The next step is to put together a colored layout of all the buildings and how they interrelate. From this point forward the hexagonal floor systems could be developed as a standalone portable system.  The yurts could be outsourced and custom designed in various sizing ranging from 16 to 48 ft. in diameter. Once the floor system is integrated with the yurt structure, the next step would be to develop the infrastructure with existing technologies to make it off grid and sustainable.

      The last step is to set up portable facilities across Canada and the U.S. and to mass produce the concept model.  This would introduce a line of affordable housing families could afford without having to go in debt to the banks.  It will also offer a alternative to relocate outside the cities and to establish Psalms 91 communities.”

PRP SHELTER SYSTEM-The PRP SHELTER SYSTEM was designed shortly after the Lord gave me the initial concept in the summer of 2009 in Mission, BC.  This hand drawn model represents a combination of 3 of the PRP SHELTER SYSTEMS plus on site staff accommodation.  The primary camp forms a hexagonal grid pattern with an area covering approximately 12,288 sq, ft. or 0.28 of an acre.  Each of the hexagonal perimeter sides is 64 ft. in length.  Surrounding the camp model is a 0.22 acre buffer zone forming an outer perimeter of a combined area of 0.502 acres.  The perimeter zone allows for other hexagonal camps to be integrated into a larger geometric configuration.

   Each PRP SHELTER SYSTEM makes up 1/3^rd of the area designated for the homeless. The PRP’s incorporate the H3-192 sq. ft. Relocation Platform technology that forms the 16 ft. diameter inter connecting yurt cabins.  The PRP’s shown in the hand drawing is made up of a combination of four yurts and an open platform. This hub connects the sleeping-restroom arrangement on one end to a common area on the opposite end located closer towards the center. This single yurt cabin also doubles as a overflow while the two exterior yurts are designated for more permanent guests.  Altogether each PRP has a total combined floor area of 960 sq. ft.  Each 16 ft. diameter yurt cabin can accommodate 4 people using specially designed double Murphy bed pullouts.  All three combined PRP SHELTER SYSTEMS can sleep between 24 to 36 people.  In the full ½ acre camp model, each PRP can be designated to provide separate accommodation for men and women or families.  The PRP SHELTER SYSTEM can be modified for setting up disaster relief and refugee relief camps.

    There are two designated staff areas on site that divide up the responsibilities.  Each one of the designated staff areas is made up of an upgraded H7-432 sq. ft. Relocation Platform model for a combined area of 1,296 sq. ft. Each one of the three yurt cabins forms an office with staff accommodation off to the side.  There are two such designated staff areas in each PRP Camp model.

     The geometric center makes up the 432 sq. ft./24 ft. diameter kitchen-a combination of 6 Rocket Stoves providing off grid cooking for the camp.  It also serves as the main gathering point to help facilitate a spirit of community.

   The entrance of the ½ acre camp also has a main office and 24-7 security facilities.  All traffic in and out is monitored and recorded.

UTILITIES-POWER – For off grid power the Keshe system should cover all the lighting and power requirements.

UTILITIES-HEAT – For space heating the Kimberly stove should work for the common areas combined with a modified in floor hot water system.

UTILIIES-WASTE DISPOSAL – Composting toilets would illuminate the need for waste disposal.  Finnish saunas would replace the need for showers while conserving water.  Any grey water can easily be collected and recycled.

     All the components exist to build these PRP camps to provide A STAND ALONE off grid, green, zero carbon footprint shelter system. The RP technology makes it possible to set up on any parking lot or out of the way place.  It represents a kingdom concept envisioned by the J.O.S.E.P.H.  INITIATIVE.  In the same way Russia cleaned up ISIS this alternative solution could be brought into fruition in a short time.  Its a matter of the vision getting out and people committing to the vision.  Our governments are becoming our dictators.  We ought to be a free people under the rule of God who created us.  We ought not just to think about meeting our own needs.  As we learn to take care of the needs of others God will see to it that our needs are taking care of.  In the same way as we put our hearts into providing for the homeless our own needs will be taken care of.  My vision is not just to provide shelter for the homeless so much as plant the seed for a new kingdom culture to rise up in the earth. At the same time wisdom must become our teacher to be READY to handle any challenge
