Rep. Gabbard Admits CIA’s Plot to Overthrow Assad Could Lead to WWIII with Russia on CNN

Kinda hard to believe she said it to begin with, but not only did she say it, she said it on the national news.
Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard, a Democrat from Hawaii’s second congressional district and member of the Armed Services Committee, straight up told CNN’s Wolf Blitzer that there’s a bigger issue in Syria than a potential clash in the country’s crowded skies:
“The U.S. and the CIA are working to overthrow the Syrian government of Assad…
…while Russia, a long-time ally of Assad for decades now, is working to defend or uphold the Syrian government of Assad, and this puts us in a position of a possible direct head-to-head conflict with Russia as long as the U.S. and CIA continue down this path.”
Of course, she goes on to stick to the government narrative re: 9/11, but hey, I can’t believe she said anything about what’s really going on in Syria at all.
