Did CIA create the Obamas?

It says he grew up in Indonesia – I don’t believe that but there’s an insinuation that if he grew up there then he was born there.
I don’t think he was born in Indonesia.
There have been claims of Hawaii, Kenya and Indonesia; I think these are all wrong.
So I ask where was the man born? It is my suspicion that it was neither Kenya nor Indonesia.
