Okay… if you’re going to post info… please make sure its accurate and you understand the meanings and language within what you are posting. I have been in the fire service for 16 years now and served several years in law enforcement. This should put a stop to your fear mongering of the first bit – 20:44
*20:44 – “…were transporting approximately 5 days ago…we are at Mercy (hospital)…” [scroll: 20:44]; Here the “victims” were actually transported to Mercy Hospital FIVE DAYS BEFORE the shooting! – It was however stated “5 to 8 ago”. This means an approximate time between 5 -8 minutes ago is when they were transported.
*26:01 – 1101 is simply advising that a bird is not needed. Either for EMS transport or for police tactics.
*43:24 – “…will NOT be transporting…fatalites…” [scroll: 43:24]
This statement is consistent with NO FATALITIES. This means they are not transporting the fatal victims due to this being a crime scene and so they are not moving the dead for preservation and investigation.
*1:16:20 – TWO POSSIBILITES FOR THIS… “…it don’t look like to me there’ a lot of cleanup…once the fire crew move…they…uh…got the person extricated…” [scroll 1:16 20]
Admission of extrication of either the “shooter”, or the DHS person. Since multiple agencies and calls are picked up under these types of computer scanners… could mean that there was another accident somewhere else. – OR – they are referencing the physical apparatus and staging areas. Meaning there is not a lot of cleanup and moving around vehicles and trash and debris. LE is waiting for fire crews to move. If you reference this because you would expect to find blood and guts… that is not always the case. And most of this would be located inside the building. So referencing no mess outside and the shooter was extricated to be removed from the area.
*1:19:00 – In most of these cases and under NIMS (National Incident Management System), DHS and higher authorities are called into these scenes to help with mitigation and management. DHS was there conducting a search of the building and in the audio it references a dog. This would be a search dog, police dog or cadaver dog for the dead.
Hopefully this puts some at ease.
So with your police and fire training, you must know that police cannot legally declare someone dead. Normally a suspected dead victim should still be rushed to the hospital for verification. Why not here or Sandy Hook?
