Something that worked in Obama’s favor is how Bush really gagged a maggot. But you know the first thing I noticed about Obama when he was running in 2008? His act was too polished and slick, an obvious sales pitch, pulling out all the stops, even a Martin Luther King-ish “Yes we can!” chant, the works. I couldn’t buy any of it. The strongest impression I got is that the guy should be selling cars, that he was tickling ears, that’s all, and not to be trusted. My thinking at the time was that, after Bush, a baboon may have merit, so Obama was maybe worth a try, as opposed to McCain being in the Oval Office, finger on the button, while having a Vietnam flashback. Who knows, maybe the office would teach Mr. Obama something, mold him into something? (Desperate times…) In the end, I was so enthusiastic I didn’t vote, as is usually the case, though confess to getting roped by Bush in 2000, not him, really, but roped by anti-Gore. I haven’t even trusted myself, since, though still wouldn’t have voted for Gore. A lesser of evils is still evil, so just what is the point?

Billy Brown, 62, and one of his sons, 31-year-old Joshua Brown, had each agreed to plead guilty to second-degree un-sworn falsification, a misdemeanor, for lying on the application for a yearly oil revenue check given to Alaska residents
Judge Pallenberg also expressed reservations with an agreement reached between prosecutors and those not under the plea agreement calling for an order of dismissal by the court that includes an order that they not file for dividends. Pallenberg said he’s not convinced he has the authority to order people to do things, or not to do things, as part of a dismissal order and wasn’t willing to sign that.

This Alaska Judge is the second part of the Crap in his statement that, (Pallenberg said he’s not convinced he has the authority to order people to do things, or not to do things), this Alaska Judge would be one of the Judges Ordering people in Jail to file for a PFD Check so the State can take it for real, or contended child support, (the money does not go to a Child but to the State), this Judge would be a Judge who has Ordered People in Alaska to Apply for a Drivers License if they have never had one and Drive, this is so they can have it taken by DMV, so they can be Ticketed, or have used for State Extortion for child support, or another Illegal reason, (in Alaska Driving is Actually A State Constitutionally Protected Right not a State Granted Privilege under a Long List of Little Known Alaska State Supreme Court Rulings, you Simply don’t need a State License to Drive but after you have a License the State Pretends that you Gave Up You Right and have then Excepted a Privilege the State can take), this Judge knows this and not knowing if he can order someone to do or not do something is very strange, it appears that ether this Judge is Playing some Legal Game for some reason, or this is actually an Honest Constitutionally Abiding Judge, that would be very strange, (in fact Constitutionally Judge can not order a person to do, or not do Almost Nothing, Constitutionally).
