ONU planea implementar identificación biométrica a toda la humanidad para 2030

¿Sabías que las Naciones Unidas tiene la intención de tener tarjetas de identificación biométrica de las manos de cada hombre, mujer y niño en todo el planeta para el año 2030? Y ¿sabías que una base de datos central en Ginebra, Suiza será la que recoja los datos de muchas de estas tarjetas?

De acuerdo con theeconomiccollapseblog , en la propuesta 16 está el compromiso de que todas las naciones hagan tarjetas de identificación biométricas para cada hombre, mujer y niño en el planeta para el 2030. Ya existe una base de datos central en Ginebra, Suiza, que controlará los datos. Esta es llamada Plataforma Única de Servicios de Identidad (UISP, por sus siglas en inglés).

El Sistema de Gestión de Identidad de Accenture (BIMS, la sigla original), se encarga de los datos biométricos como impresión facial, el iris y las huellas dactilares. El objetivo es hacer un registro para el seguimiento posterior, si es necesario.

El texto de la sub-sección 9 de la resolución expresa: “Para el año 2030, proporcionar una identidad legal para todo el mundo, incluyendo el registro de nacimientos”. Una lectura cuidadosa de otros documentos recientes de la ONU, apuesta que el registro ya está siendo utilizado para registrar a los refugiados que están llegando a Europa.

El sitio web dela ONU afirma: “El Alto Comisionado de las Naciones Unidas para los Refugiados (ACNUR) está avanzando en sus planes para utilizar la tecnología biométrica para identificar y localizar a los refugiados, y seleccionar un proveedor para el proyecto. Accenture, es un proveedor internacional de servicios de tecnología, este ha ganado el concurso y se encargará de supervisar la implementación de la tecnología en un contrato de tres años”.

Las nuevas tarjetas de identificación biométricas después de haber sido probadas con éxito en los campos de refugiados, están listas para ser adoptados a nivel mundial. Esto será una realidad para cada uno de los firmantes de los “Objetivos Globales”.
