Youtube star Hickok45, known for his colloquial attitude as he shoots an array of firearms at his backyard range, had his channel shutdown for violating Google’s policies.
The exact policies violated are unclear as details are not made public and are only accessible to the account holder. Hickok45, whose real name is Greg Kinman, has not yet issued a statement on the matter. Guns.com also made attempts to contact Kinman, but he could not be reached by time of publication.
When a channel is terminated, the users are prohibited from accessing, possessing or creating any other YouTube accounts, according to the site’s policy.
Community guidelines for termination include violating the rules or terms of service, which both have a host of details; a single case of severe abuse such as predatory behavior; and accounts dedicated to hate speech, harassment, impersonation, etc.
However, the account holder can contest the complaint and restore the channel.
