Capt. Clay Higgins with the St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s office warns the public of the escapades of “animals” of the Gremlin Street Gang, currently the target of felony arrest warrants.
We hate that bad things happen in St. Landry Parish, or anywhere for that matter, but we do enjoy Higgins’s run down of the crimes and criminals who chose to haunt that part of Louisiana.
Switching to tactical gear and surrounded by what looks to be the bulk of the SLPSO’s heavy hitters, Higgins throws down the gauntlet to one of the suspected gang members by name.
“Darren Carter, do you think men like these are afraid of an uneducated, 125-pound punk like you– that’s never won a fair fight in your life and holds your gun sideways?” Shaking his head, Higgy grumbles out, “Young man, I’ll meet you on solid ground anytime, anywhere–light or heavy– makes no difference to me. You won’t walk away.”
