Squad X Program Envisions Dismounted Infantry Squads of the Future

Modern military engagements increasingly take place in complex and uncertain battlefield conditions where attacks can come from multiple directions at once, and in the electromagnetic spectrum and cyber domains as well. U.S. Army and U.S. Marine Corps dismounted infantry squads, however, have been unable to take full advantage of some highly effective multi-domain defensive and offensive capabilities that vehicle-assigned forces currently enjoy—in large part because many of the relevant technologies are too heavy and cumbersome for individual Soldiers and Marines to carry or too difficult to use under demanding field conditions.

To help overcome these challenges and help ensure U.S. squad dominance over adversaries in the decades to come, DARPA has launched the Squad X Experimentation (Squad X) program. Squad X seeks to design, develop and validate system prototypes for combined-arms squads. The program intends to lay the foundation for breakthrough technologies and capabilities that would:

• Improve shared situational understanding of the multi-domain operational environment: physical, electromagnetic and cyber
• Increase the time and space in which squads can maneuver through optimized use of physical, cognitive and material resources
• Shape and dominate the battlespace through synchronization of fire and maneuvering in all three domains

DARPA really do take things to different levels, and this next story will prove it! Why not try to weaponise your household items? No, don’t worry, the government wont break your door down and call you a domestic terrorist, on the contrary, DARPA will take the best of the ideas and create prototypes!

DARPA’s back with yet another project, and this one aims to turn everyday, benign appliances and other electronics into weapons and other “unanticipated security threats.” No, the agency isn’t hoping to equip soldiers with modified home appliances — rather, it wants the hive mind to come up with novel and unexplored methods for turning easily accessible devices into things that could threaten national security, helping to bolster preventative technologies.

The idea is that in the modern world, an ordinary person has access to a massive amount of technology, a lot of it unassuming — everything from the toaster on your counter to the door opener in your garage. Most of these things don’t pose a risk, at least not in their natural state. That could change with the right modifications, though, and the growing number of possibilities mean more effort is needed to protect against such actions.

Then Nano takes us on to the neural highway on journey through the tech that is literally rewriting our minds. From non-angelic Halo’s to neural imprints, the mind literally boggles, but only for now, until that too is eradicated!

Then finally we look into the secret space program that is potentially all around us, but in a different realm altogether..

Could it be that the secret space program is all around us, only in another dimension? Might not be as outlandish as it first sounds. Think of the amount of times I have reported that scientists at CERN are openly talking about creating portal to other dimensions!

These dimensions may occupy the same space we are in, but it is out of phase, or at a different frequency than we can detect. All just ideas, but we feel there may be more to this than we first thought.

Just this week the Express reported…

“At first I thought I was looking at airplanes or helicopters with their headlights turned on but their was no movement.”

They said after a few seconds one of the UFOs started “blinking randomly” before the middle one “dissappeared and reappeared in the same exact spot.”

They added: “After a few more seconds two UFOs started blinking, but very slowly and stopped.

“The third UFO is slightly hard to see in the video and is almost like transparent.”

The footage was said to be recorded on an iPad Air 2.

The report added: “Three seconds into the recording and the UFOs started disappearing one by one.
