Make It - Own It !

You are in control of your VESSEL/ BODY you decide how your day falls into place. When you go to bed and thoughts Race through your mind STOP IT ! You have that Authority over YOUR body….. Clear your mind and close your eyes, focus on the darkness of your room and your breathing don’t allow the thought’s in ! now is the time for rest and rejuvinating your mind… When you awaken YOU set your day into motion…With every thought and feeling ! If you open your eyes Already dredding your day DON’t GET outta bed you’ve already ruined YOUR day and the day of those around you ! You will be in a MOOD that will pull others down that YOU come into contact with… If you awaken feeling rested and look foreward to your day and to all events that will unfold ( Already set by you ) Your day will be AWSOME ! Those around you will be happy go lucky when you are near ! You can either LIFT others or pull them DOWN . Those who know this avoid those who try to pull them down ! One could have a good day where everything goes right  OR   One could have the WORST DAY EVER ! It’s YOUR CHOICE…..Free Will… Make It and Own It …..If you have a bad day don’t blame others stand in front of a mirror and ask yourself .  WHY did this happen and how can I fix it ?

You can have the life of your choosing all you have to do is GET OUT OF YOUR WAY ! Decide what you want and GO FOR IT !  All WILL fall into place…..Choosing negative thoughts gives you a negative reality… Choose positive and a beautiful new world appears….
