Security company Protection 1 took a look at over 1 million tweets about the police and analyzed them on general approval or disapproval of the law enforcement community.
As it turns out, the general sentiment toward law enforcement across the United States is rather positive, but those feelings appear to vary greatly depending on the city and state where tweets are generated and whether there were recent high-profile officer-involved shootings.
