Pointer synthetic shotguns ready for hunting and home defense

Legacy Sports International, representing Turkish-made Pointer firearms, just announced a new selection of synthetic-stock shotguns for hunting and home defense.
Two types are offered, both of over/under design. One is a field model, with a 28-inch barrel, in 12 or 20 gauge. The other is a home defense gun, with an 18-inch barrel. It comes in 12 gauge only.
Both types have carbon steel blued barrels and receivers. Both have fiber optic front sights. The synthetic stock is made for low maintenance and use in any conditions.
These shotguns are chambered for 2-3/4- or three-inch shells. The action is mechanical a single-reset trigger, select fire. The safety has automatic reset.
The field model has a full-length raised, ventilated rib. It’s 48 inches long overall, with a 14-inch length of pull. It weighs 6.6 pounds. There are five choke options.
The home defense version is topped by Picatinny rail for optics, and has additional rail on the front/bottom of the barrel for a light. It’s 38 inches overall, with a 14-inch length of pull. It weighs 7 pounds and has a cylinder choke.
