The Smartphone App Cops Don’t Want You To Have - You'll Want It!
One user described it as “a revolutionary tool for change in our society.” Another called it “badass” and Barry Cooper from NeverGetBusted.com who is a former decorated police detective called it “the new 911 but safer.” Other users described it as “straight out of some cyberpunk fiction” and one user said “I would definitely use this before calling a cop!” The accolades keep coming and the police hate it:

“Soon, 911 will be a thing of the past…”
This new mobile app has been taking the world of activism by storm and cops hate it. It’s called Cell 411 and it’s an app created by activists for activists, but also for anyone who may find himself or herself in an emergency and wanting to call on a group of trusted friends rather than the police.
The app, which is available both on the Android and iOS platforms, allows users to issue various alerts to trusted groups of family members, neighbors and friends. The issue of addressing emergencies without police involvement has come to the forefront of the police brutality debate as many cases have shown police responding to emergencies and shooting dogs, killing suicidal individuals and often not helping those calling for help, but rather harming them or even killing them.
The smartphone app will allow you to create private or public groups in your geographic area and use them as a method to dispatch help in case of emergencies. You can notify your friends when you get a flat tire, get pulled over, have a medical issue or when police are harassing you. You can even stream live video to all your friends and avoid the possibility of the video being deleted by police or evidence being destroyed by a malicious individual.
Once requesting help, your friends will receive your GPS coordinates and turn-by-turn directions to your exact locations; you will be notified of an ETA and how far your friends are.
There is even a “patrol mode” available which even allows you to send what are called “global alerts” meaning that anyone using the app in your area will receive notifications and be able to come and help, should they feel like a Good Samaritan that day.
The best thing about this app is that it is completely free, and the option of allowing users to create “public groups” that anyone could join is very powerful and offers communities the option to self-police. Here are some other examples of the fantastic possibilities this app offers:
For example, a neighborhood watch group of neighbors could create a group and use the app to notify each other in case of emergencies.
- Elderly people could use the app to notify all their family members if they are in a particular need.
- Activists observing police activity or police abuse could notify all activists in an area and stream video to all their friends.
- Volunteer fire fighter departments could encourage their communities to use the app as a free “dispatch” option.
- School children could send alerts if they are being bullied or abused in school.
- Family members could send alerts when vehicles break down and need urgent help.
There are countless other possibilities for this app, and the creators are clearly aiming the app at users who desire to be self-reliant and not depend on government services and government employees to respond to emergencies.

wow we could soon have have real peace officers ! instead of these code enforcers. they only enforce corporate codes on us! next step would be voting in real peace officers by majority on the app . they could get authority from the we the people of the county . they could enforce ARE rights and arrest the ones infringing on them! wouldn’t it be nice to see them charged with treason once for a change?
This is what people used to do, and some still do…with CB and HAM radios.
It included neighborhood watches, severe weather alerts, and even emergency handling and management.
Adding a cellphone system with this kind of granularity is an excellent boost to these self-reliance and community assistance groups.
Just wait until someone makes a group and posts a fake event calling for armed help. This app is stupid, and so is anyone using it.

Why the hell would ANYONE call the COPS for ANYTHING these days ?!!! They’re as worthless as “tits on a bull” !!! We’re far better off taking care of ourselves than EVER calling THEM ! These days they’re nothing more than well paid organized gangs of bullies , liars , thieves and outright killers ! They don’t really “serve and protect” anyone but themselves ! Need a cop ? Call a doughnut shop !!!

WARNING! WARNING! WARNING!
Call me cynical if you will but this application has the potential for great harm. If you want to put together a network of family and friends for security purposes you can easily do that without this app. I fear by using what could easily be a Trojan horse, a government/corporate fascist fly on the wall, that you may not only be unnecessarily providing confidential information about yourself that could prove critical, you connect yourself to others who you love and care about. If someone in authority where to use that data nefariously correctly assuming that birds of a feather fly together, your connection to everyone in your network associated with the application has been compromised. Knowing history I am very suspicious about this. Let’s not forget IBM made a significant contribution during WWII providing Nazis with compiled lists on punch-cards of all categories they considered social impurities. This app may appear cool on the surface but in the world we presently reside it would be frugal to posture yourself on the defense and reject the mind candy that ensures avoidable drama.
A Fellow Human Being
You could form a group or sub group and accomplish the same thing on FB with alerts and everything else….but then again I F-ing hate FB so this app might have a place. I don’t see the elderly using it but so what. My 74 year old parent still asks for directions to my house. Why? I dunno, maybe cuz he’s an a-hole.
If you want to keep your events private and away from the government Facebook would not be the place to go.
For those who haven’t yet experienced it themselves let me forewarn you. By acting is such a manor you will have placed yourself at odds with police. They really, really resent your interference! When they do eventually respond be prepared to be the first one going to jail. I have seen cops side with criminal perpetrators against bouncers at bars, homeowners and other legitimate plaintiffs when they exhibit any acquaintance with either the law or their civil rights.
In one notable personal experience a drug addict neighbor attacked my wife with a baseball bat so the police where called. The neighbor was angry because my wife had complained about their four pitbulls constantly digging holes under the fence and chasing us around our own backyard. Our backyard pool, hot tub and beautiful landscaping was hijacked being used as a playground for vicious pitbulls and their bipolar degenerate of a master. The neighbors indignant sense of entitlement was nothing less than astounding!
I was told by responding cops that by me merely opening my front door when initially confronted by the perp I had violated the law. I was threatened that if I didn’t mind mind my Ps and Qs I would be the one going to jail. I wasn’t breaking any law or ordinance of course, but still once agitated by my referencing applicable law, the cops then refused to act on our complaint saying it was a “he said, she said” dispute with no prosecutable criminal violations. Integrity and narcissistic personalities common among law enforcement officials blend like oil and water.
The crime of ” assault with a deadly weapon” is a criminal offense. It is a felony, but I’m just an ignorant civilian, what do I know? According to them the video footage and dents pounded in my security doors were not evidence enough that a crime has been committed. When then called on their apparent lack of commitment to the California penal code, the officers became visually angered at me. I was treating far worse than the criminal perpetrator. The cops actuallt began justifying their actions against my wife.
Along with a healthy lesson on how selective law enforcement is applied, I had to choke down a huge meal of crow pie to avoid going to jail. Things are definitely getting crazy folks. Be careful, the loin is lurking, prowling for victims to ravish. All is not what it seems, be careful!

Nope, I don’t believe anything they are saying, this is a trap for terrorists, be it from the U.S. or abroad, anyone who gets one of these apps is probably put on the watch list. Everything you read here was probably all a manufactured lie from our own H.S. team or FBI or a myriad of other organizations to get information on YOU and who you talk with and what you are saying.
