Old stuff, from 25+ years ago. This was all done in the early UFC’s. BJJ vs Any martial art, any weight class, This is nothing new and not news. BJJ comes out on top in 99% or more of those matches.
I don’t see what’s so unbelievable about this. A trained martial artist can use a person’s body weight and reliance on brute force against them through leverage.
I kept waiting for the Jiu Jitsu part. Gawdawful painful to watch.
The black belt should have dispatched his opponent WAY faster. He was obviously toying with him.
ja loool, thats why we combine Systema with calisthenics innit! and a good example of “it not what you LOOK like you can do, but what you ACTUALLY CAN DO”
Who here can do muscle ups? (or even knows what that is?) or trains,,, to do this

No surprise. A better title would be “Skilled, Trained Fighter Beats Up Meathead with No Combat Training.”
Shadow fighting is no replacement for real fighting and during my time i did a lot of boxing and some tia-kwon-do but no one can teach the force where you cancentrate the energy in a blow even if they pretend they can.
Pain during a fight can be held at bay using a measure amount to agression but this technique can come back later in life to bite you on the bum as the joints begin to acke as you get older.
Fighters are born, not trained but the training will help to some degree on both sides of that fance but you have it or you don’t and i only rate as a one to some of these guys.
You studied “tia-kwon-do”? Never heard of it. I once studied a little more renowned art called Tae-Kwon-Do. A lot of kicking. Got tired of the kicking. Then I got older and couldn’t kick no more. lol
I studied Sears n Roebuck crowbar and 357 magnum punchs. Just kidding around. But, ya know I had to do it! I actually took Tae Kwon Do from Jack Chow in Ft. Myers, Fla before he got his neck broke when a little old lady was swatting at a fly in her car rammed into the back of him doing 55 mph at a red light!
Martial arts are great. I studied for years when I was younger. And I was pretty good. Probably even would beat the big guy in the video. Maybe not. Who knows. But now as an older man I use my new martial arts, of which there are two. And I always use them is the same order if needed. First is Sho Gun. If that doesn’t impress the guy I use the next one. Crik bang. That one always works….
No big deal. Even a boxer could take out a bodybuilder. But if that BB was trained right the JJ guy would have almost no chance.
