He said 'Send it to the people to decide' cost this ex-president a sex scandal

“What was the reason for slamming Bill Clinton with a sex scandal?”  It had nothing to do with the man being a sexual predator.  The answer is that Bill made an epic mistake informing the public what we’re not supposed to understand concerning our power over the executive branch.  The federal budget act was the platform and what Bill Clinton disclosed to the nation was that our collective power over a US President is a fundamental Constitutional precedent.

Bill Clinton would not sign the federal budget act into law.  At great disappointment and over much criticism, he made a public announcement on national television that if the bill comes back to him a third time without the changes he recommended and a proposal that was acceptable for the employees, he’d send it to the people and let them decide.  He said that if he wouldn’t sign the budget act that it would be left to the voting citizens of the United States to make a final decision and call it an act, but he wouldn’t do it.  What that means is simple… it discloses to us that we can negate or go over the head of the president.  It means that he undid what the PTB had spent decades of false illusion doing, and that’s exactly what the power elites don’t want – a mass awareness.  In essence, Bill reminded us that we have power and invited us to exercise our power over the executive branch.
