This is a personal conversation I had today with Nabrac, and a tad of data from Stan X of the SA Data Collectors.  I have deleted the more personal stuff but I thought some of this other information might be of value to you in the audience.   

A week ago we learned the membrane/veil of consciousness, is a living entity, specifically created to create the experience of separation by choice of everyone here.  It is not “evil” in itself, it was just doing what it was created to do. Its mission is now complete.  It is what is separating the inner-grated realms of the SA from this realm.  The membrane is slowing withdrawing so as not to startle everyone on the planet.  I have some more data on this, but have to go back through some old SMS messages to find it. The post today is via SMS messages, so no Skype time and date stamps on the data.

Today I learned from Nabrac that it is possible for individuals to disconnect from the membrane at will. I have not yet tried this technique but will tonight.   I thought I’d share the information for everyone.

Terran: What is the status of the new earth?

Nabrac: TERRAN. THERE IS NO MEASURE AVAILABLE. IT IS “HERE” BUT NOT YET VISIBLE. NABRAC.

Terran: How do I expand ICOMMS so we can directly communicate, you and I? 

Nabrac: TERRAN. FOCUS YOUR ‘INTENTION’ ON THAT PARTICULAR EXPANSION. THEN EXPAND YOUR HEART. NABRAC.

Terran: How do I expand my heart?

Nabrac: TERRAN. YOU HAVE DONE IT BEFORE. 

1. BREATHE IN THE PURE ENERGY OF SOURCE. 
2. VISUALISE EACH HEART CELL EXPANDING.
3. SEE THE ‘COMMS’ CENTER. FOCUS ON IT. 
4. ACTIVATE IT. NABRAC.

Nabrac: TERRAN. U DO MAGNIFICENTLY! NABRAC.

Terran: I struggle at times with inner programming from childhood [fear, self-doubt, religious fear of divine retribution should I screw up... etc] and other experiences from this incarnation. Why was it I came in with so many limits compared to others? Was that by choice?

Nabrac: TERRAN. YOUR PARTICULAR ‘POSITION’ NOW IS PART CHOICE. PART ‘CIRCUMSTANCES’. NABRAC.

Terran: How do I expand the dream state so that I remember the night work?

Nabrac: TO EXPAND YOUR DREAM RECALL FOCUS ON TWO PARTS. 

1. BREATHING IN THE PURE ENERGY OF SOURCE EXPAND AND ACTIVATE THE MEMORY CENTER IN YOUR BRAIN.
2. THEN ALSO DISSOLVE THE ‘VEIL’ CONNECTION AS YOU LOCATE IT.  NABRAC.

Terran: Is the veil location internal or external?

Nabrac: TERRAN. THE VEIL/MEMBRANE IS EXTERNAL AND CONNECTED TO EVERY HUMAN “CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM”. NABRAC.

Terran: Does dissolving the connection only work for me or the entire human race?

Nabrac: TERRAN. U DISSOLVE FOR U. THEN THE ENTITY BEGINS A FULL RETREAT. NABRAC.

Terran: How and where is it connected?

Nabrac: THE CONNECTION IS MOVEABLE. FROM CROWN TO NECK. VISUALIZE IT. EASE IT “OFF”. NABRAC.

Terran: On a related subject are chakras real?

Nabrac: TERRAN. CHAKRAS ARE VORTICES/CONNECTIONS THAT NO LONGER SERVE IN THE NEW. NABRAC.

Terran: Were chakras energy depletion [energy harvesting] connections?

Nabrac: TERRAN. THE CONNECTIONS COULD BE USED BOTH WAYS. FEW KNEW HOW TO ‘USE’ THEM. NABRAC.

Terran: In what sense could they be used both directions?

Nabrac: TERRAN. SOME CONTROLLERS/MASTERS USED THEM TO ‘PULL/DRAW’ ENERGY. OTHERS “FILLED/PUSHED” ENERGY. NABRAC.

Terran: Those that pushed energy was it positive energy or negative energy? The chakra concept does not make sense to me in the light of vortex math and that all energy transfers seem to via a torus/vortex. Chakras seem perpendicular to natural flow of energy

Nabrac: TERRAN. PUSHED ENERGY WAS TO BALANCE.  CHAKRAS ARE PRIMITIVE VORTICES. NON TORAL. NABRAC.

Denice: I am getting the image of a funnel. . .the CHAKRAS. Like a tornado. Small.

Terran: When were chakras introduced to humans and why?

Nabrac: DEAR ONE/AK/TERRAN. CHAKRAS WERE INTRODUCED TO HUMANS POST ATLANTIS II. CHAKRAS WERE ONE SUBTLE AND PAINLESS OUTLET FOR ENERGY HARVEST. DATA COLLECTORS STAN.X. END.
