Cryptic Message: Obama Tells Americans to Prepare For Disaster! What Does He Know That We Don't...

Interesting news reports are surfacing all across the country as our commander and chief, President Barack Obama, addressed FEMA’s National Response Coordination Center in Washington DC on Tuesday, May 31st warning that Americans must prepare for a national emergency and/or disaster in preparation for the hurricane season.
In the address he also emphasized that it is our responsibility to prepare for “a” disaster, meaning any disaster that strikes our country. He also emphasized the importance to stocking up and having an exit plan:
“One of the things that we have learned over the course of the last seven and a half years is that government plays a vital role, but it is every citizen’s responsibility to be prepared for a disaster. And that means taking proactive steps, like having an evacuation plan, having a fully stocked disaster supply kit. If your local authorities ask you to evacuate, you have to do it. Don’t wait.” President Obama
Is this some sort of giant warning from the elite? A cryptic message? Or is it just a “good deed” by our tyrannical president?

Charlie here. No, I don’t think it is unusual or cryptic for government to tell Americans to be prepared. They did that in the Cold War didn’t they? The point is we should be prepared for any type of disaster per our area with or without them telling us this. This would be common sense.
However, if the imposter negro said to stock up on doughnuts NOW THAT WOULD TELL ME SOMETHING!!!
I believe doughnuts will be the perfect barter item when the SHTF. You can eat them natch, they last a long time and are considered “morale” food, they are high energy, you can even burn them for fuel, everybody likes them and when you sit on one you get instant pancakes!

2016, TOLLMANN’S HYPOTHETICAL BOLIDES RETURN
Three independent analysis paths lead to the suggestion that Earth will be at least twice threatened with a major meteorite/comet impact between August 2015 until the end of 2017. The government/elite (or military) appears to be involved with the collection of related data.
A one sigma threat boundary can be derived by conventional projections from ice core data that formed about ten thousand years ago. The uncertainties are 1993 +/- 24 years. Thus, this ‘soft value’ expires at the end of 2017. There is also current information derived from extra-terrestrial alien warnings that support the 2017 threat boundary. Additional data indicates that a direct impact threat will be in the 6-9 and 23-26 September time frame for 2015 through 2017. 28/29 August 2015 could be the beginning of the current impact cycle of Tollmann’s returning bolides although the main part of the stream is anticipated to pass by Earth in September or October of 2016. However, an indirect threat from meteors/comets trapped in near Earth orbit will continue for several months thereafter.
The impending impacts are expected to be the first of a series of five that stretch to about the year 2165. The Earth is expected to return to a new ‘Younger Dryas’ like Ice Age that will limit the population that our planet can support.
