Why I Cannot in Good Conscience Celebrate Independence Day

I am an American that truly believes in the Declaration of Independence, Bill of Rights, Magna Carta of 1215 from which the united states constitution was derived.  However, above all of them I hold one thing even more reverent than them and that is mine all others inalienable rights bestowed upon us from our creator GOD!       

I know what you are asking “if he believes in all of that how can he not in good conscience celebrate Independence Day?”  My answer is really simple “The country before us today is not what our nation’s founding fathers had envisioned or even wanted this country to be!”  Ask yourself the following questions:

1. Do we have the Republic that we were promised?
2. Do we have the legal system we were promised?

Likewise, since 1776 what RIGHTS have we as a people lost to those claiming to be our representatives in government?

1. The RIGHT to travel freely by the means of the day without having to have permission
2. The RIGHT to be Self-Sustaining (Living off the corporation grid)
3. The RIGHT to own property
4. The RIGHT to own or make a business without permission (license)
5. The RIGHT to Freedom of Speech and Belief
6. The RIGHT to own a weapon (GUNS) to protect yourself and family, from the TYRANNICAL CORPORATION masquerading as being the government of the UNITED STATES, without permission from these same sycophants stripping the RIGHTS from the people!
7. The RIGHT to TRUE TRIALS by our peers in a court of law
8. THE RIGHT to be informed, and the RIGHT to use Jury Nullification in the current legal system
9. The RIGHT to have a judge in a Court that is not subservient to the Crown Temple
10. The RIGHT to a Social Security System that is not under the Approving Authority of the English Crown
11. The RIGHT to Article III Courts, not Admiralty Courts, as put forth in the Declaration of Independence
12. The RIGHT not to have statutes called Laws that are in direct violation to the constitution
13. The RIGHT not to have statutes called laws  and crimes wherein they don’t meet the elements of being an actual crime (you know, actual damages or rights infringed on that of another so one can actually confront those who he/she has damaged and for which one’s wealth/money is being stripped from them by the courts; who are run by the BAR which is loyal to the English Crown Temple!
14. The RIGHT to not be LIED to by the Judges in the Courts as to the truth of their Gold fringed flags! (Can there be any truth in these courts when judges Perjurer themselves before the hearings even begin?)
15. The RIGHT to have a court where the Same Corporation doesn’t pay the judge, the prosecutors, and even their witness (the police) – CAN WE SAY CLEARLY A CONFLICT OF INTEREST!
16. The RIGHT to have a court where the Judge, the Prosecutor, and even the defense, are NOT LOYAL All loyal to the same ORGANIZATION (KNOWN AS THE BAR WHICH IS THE ENGLISH CROWN TEMPLE) THESE COURTS EXIST FOR THE HANDLING OF THE UNITED STATES CORPORATION, not our true government, BANKRUPTCY!
17. The RIGHT not to have our names copyrighted at BIRTH by the CORPORATION and then defrauded by the same corporation through fraud of setting up TRUSTS without our knowledge and selling these Birth Certificates on the Stock Market for the rich to buy and sell the people of America as chattel!

These are but just 17 items, but this list could easily hit 100+ items that we are guaranteed by our creator as inalienable RIGHTS, not to mention those guaranteed the people of America by both the Bill of Rights and the constitution for the united states of America!

Thus, this is not a day of celebration unless you are one of the “Red Coats” who have ownership of all the chattel!  This, day of America is not one of celebration but rather a day of TEARS!
