This claim was debunked weeks ago. the Obama administration has not issued an order for martial law, and Congress has moved to forbid the president from issuing such an order, starting with the 1878 Posse Comitatus Act, which forbids federal troops from enforcing domestic laws. Hope this gives one pause, and perspective.
For crying out loud are you Blind??? Posse Commitatus has been violated every day, in almost every stinking County in our Country for the last 8 years. Do you not see all the nice little Toys your local law enforcement has picked up from the Feds?? The the Dept. of Ag. of all places. The County I live in, 20,000 people, very rural. The Sheriffs Dept. has 3 armored hummus set up with 50 caliber ports on the top, and 2 armored troop carriers that carry 18 armed men. They ALL train with the Feds under Federal guidelines. Its already nationwide violation with only a few Sheriffs resisting. If you can’t see it, theres no hope for you.

It would give one pause and perspective if Obama went by the Constitution and/or if Congress had the balls to stand up to him. But he doesn’t and they don’t so martial law being declared is an absolute possibility. If hillary the hag doesn’t win the election, or if she’s not physically able to stay in it, we will see martial law and Obama staying on as president. He will then appoint another liberal justice and who’s going to stop him? Could it lead to a civil uprising? Most likely not because too many people in this country only talk a good fight.

What it will ultimately come down to is, “we the people will have to hold our representatives feet to the fire” so they won’t have to be concerned about being fired during their next election. We do have rule of law in this country, it’s time our polictical appointee’s engage and start following it, lest they become a victim of it.
No one is happy with what has become a generation of political elites in the country instead of representatives of the people. Hopefully we can start voting in business and working people into office (people who know how things really work) and stop voting in career politicitans sometime in the near future. It should help to get things up and running in the right direction.

Posse Comitatus was annulled YEARS ago. It was overturned by several laws which superceded it, not including Patriot Act.
