Russia also supposedly moved High Command to their DUMBS (Deep Underground Military Bases) for reasons still unknown at this time. Myself and many others assumed a few different scenarios about why they are warning everyone. Now there is a new possible reason. September was made “National Preparedness Month” in 2004. And now in late August of 2016, we see governments warning their people “something bad is coming” and prepare “immediately.”
