Ryan Bundy May Not Represent Himself, So Sayeth Judge Anna Brown

In another development affecting Ryan Bundy’s defense, Judge Anna Brown has threatened to remove Ryan Bundy’s right to defend himself in the courtroom. She says he keeps bringing up ”frivolous issues and matters” . Yeah, like authority over Ryan personally and BLM overreach and Constitutional land rights…frivolous like that. There’s more, but you’ll see for yourself the uphill battle ahead for these people.
This is happening just days before trial begins. Bundy was released from solitary confinement yesterday. Being a pro se defendant, the denial of pre-trial hearing has severly hindered all of the political prisoners’ ability to prepare their own cases. Kind of hard to do that in jail in general, let alone in solitary, and after you’ve been beaten up while being taken to a fake court hearing. And of course, Judge Brown reminded them the very first day that they are innocent unless proven guilty.
