The most notorious non-governmental organization (NGO) in the whole world in 2016 is undoubtedly the Clinton Foundation.  And why not, Bill Clinton was recruited to establish it as a CIA-directed philanthropic entity that would infiltrate nations around the globe just like most large charitable NGOs do.

The stories of Coca Cola are now legendary as to how the soft drink corporation permitted the C.I.A. to penetrate every nook and cranny on planet Earth since everyone drank Coke, once upon a time.  How easy it was then to gain access to the far reaches of the planet wherever there could be found a Coke machine?  This is just one way the C.I.A. set up their initial spying and surveillance networks around the world during the early days and well before the World Wide Web.

What is much less known is that every major philanthropic and charitable organization has been used by the CIA in the very same manner as the American transnational for-profit corporations.  These ‘benevolent’ non-profits were far less suspicious because of the nature of their work; however, in view of the places and contexts in which they do function worldwide it ought to be easy to understand just how valuable an asset they can be for intelligence-gathering purposes.  Hence, all the major players in the overseas charity business were systematically taken over beginning on the very day they were formed and set up shop abroad.

There is no better example of this CIA stealth strategy than the Bush-Clinton-Bush Haiti Fund.  Weren’t these two political dynasties supposed to be operating on opposite sides of the political battleground?  And, yet, they mysteriously laid aside their deep differences to help out Haiti in the wake of their apocalyptic island earthquake on January 12, 2010.

The Clinton Bush Haiti Fund is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded after Haiti’s January 12, 2010 earthquake, when President Barack Obama asked former Presidents Bill Clinton and George W. Bush to assist the Haitian people in building their own country back better. The Fund is using these donations to make grants, loans, and equity investments in organizations promoting job growth and smart, sustainable economic development.

Now if an objective and accurate audit were to be conducted on what this fund has really accomplished, it would probably be shut down for massive fraud and the menace to Haitian society that it is.  The following investigative report lays bare just how deceptive and perfidious the Clinton-Bush Crime family has become, particularly where it concerns the exploitation of Haiti.

CLINTON FOUNDATION ‘FRAUD BEGAN WITH EXPLOITING HAITI EARTHQUAKE’

In fact the truly black operation that the Bush-Clinton-Bush Haiti Fund has evolved into is a classic example of how these exploitative and treacherous government-run NGO’s operate.  First of all, because of their intimate but covert involvement with the U.S. intelligence agencies they are not really NGOs.  Rather, they function as the long arm of the CIA, DIA and NSA acquiring privileged information about anything that is desired.

This intelligence is then passed onto those predatory American corporation and offshore companies that want to do business in any war zone or disaster area where the NGO has set up shop.  Eventually those predatory business entities and shady commercial interests will have taken control of the whole area since they possess the knowhow, personnel, technology and other resources required to effectively address the dire needs of the indigenous peoples.  Once they have acquired their trust, they are then free to control the local politics among many other weighty matters.

It ought to be quite obvious now why FBI Director Comey did not make a criminal referral to the Department of Justice regarding both Emailgate and Servergate.  It also ought to be obvious why these top law enforcement officers in the land can lie to Congress and the American people with great ease and conviction, persuasion and cavalierness.

Why is the Clinton Emailgate Scandal so HUGE?

Well, for one thing, their very lives depend upon it.  If they leave the NWO reservation, the globalists will hunt them down and make an example of them like they did with JFK. Secondly, these public servants learn very early on that they do NOT work for or report to the American people.  In fact they answer only to their NWO masters who selected them for their extremely important missions of betrayal and malfeasance.  That is how this game works, as it has for many decades for key positions throughout the U.S. Federal Government.

Even though the FBI director knows that Hillary Clinton is stone-cold guilty of committing a number of serious crimes, he has no real power to enforce the law in this case.  It was most likely the C.I.A. that told her to set up home-based server and private email domain in the first place.  Only in this way could State, the Foundation, the C.I.A. the NSC, the U.S. Military, as well as other collaborating parties communicate about the various black operations and psyops which were necessary to trigger the fabricated Arab Spring.

All of the email communications had to marked top secret as they contained highly classified material concerning outright criminal activity and war-mongering.  When bribery and blackmail, extortion and coercion are being used 24/7 by the State Department and colluding agencies to overthrow legitimate governments and assassinate democratically elected leaders, how can they ever be left vulnerable to FOIA requests? The prying eyes of investigative journalists the world over would be all over such illicit correspondence.

Moral of this story: How could Director Comey possibly refer criminal charges when his bosses report to bosses who report to those who control the State Department and everything Clinton was ordered to do?

The C.I.A. Cannot Control Everything

Nevertheless, the CIA & Company cannot control everything all the time.  There are those patriots in the Congress who really do seek justice no matter what the directives of theDeep State.  As a matter of fact, it was only because of Trey Gowdy’s Special House Committee investigating Benghazi that Clinton’s personal email and home server even came to light.  That really was NOT supposed to happen.  This is precisely what started Hillary’s version of Watergate.  The vast difference between her and Richard Nixon, however, is that she is the Deep State‘s golden girl whereas Nixon decided not to follow certain orders that were given to him.

Trey Gowdy: Clinton’s Email Arrangement Is “A Smoking Gun”

Obviously, the CIA does exert enough control all around Washington that it was able to perform enough damage control to keep Clinton out of prison.  Given the nature of her crimes — effectively running a parallel government to perpetrate war crimes and crimes against humanity — she should have been locked up for the rest of her natural life.  The C.I.A. has been instrumental in preventing that from happening, but only for the time being.

The preceding equation lies at the very heart of this entire scheme that was commandeered by the concerned Deep State entities overseeing the choreographed Arab Spring.  All of those alphabet soup agencies used the Clintons to do their dirty work abroad because they both demonstrated an extraordinary aptitude and willingness to do whatever it took to completely rearrange the Middle East. Hence, the marriage was made early on between the Clinton State Department and the Clinton Foundation.  In this way there was a rather seamless organizational network put into place whereby Hillary could conduct her gunboat diplomacy throughout the Mideast during the apocalyptic Arab Spring, all the while doing deals that every war profiteer and predatory capitalist would envy.

In this way was Obama himself shielded from much of the war-making and other criminal conduct.  By keeping him out of the loop, the supposed Nobel Peace Prize winner could keep at a safe distance and always claim that he was getting rid of tyrants, even though none existed.  Since many an American embassy is used as a C.I.A. nest of intrigue and sedition, this is where the implementation plans were directed from before, during and after each revolution and civil war, protest and riot that galvanized the Arab Spring into action.

Former Secretary of State Effectively and Illegally Operated A Parallel Government

This parallel government at State was not too unlike the US shadow government that really directs the affairs of the nation.  Of course, that covert entity then reports to theWorld Shadow Government, so it is easy to understand how very low-level pawns like Hillary and Bill Clinton can get away with so much criminal activity.  As long as they follow the orders of their superiors at the CIA and elsewhere within the Deep State apparatus, they can essentially do no wrong.

The upshot of this discussion is that the Clinton Foundation is just one of hundreds of NGOs that do the bidding of the Deep State around the world.  Likewise, every State Department staff of every administration executes according to those orders issued by the shadow government of the USA.  That government is made up of high-ranking members of the U.S. Armed Forces, the intelligence agencies and secret services, the Executive, Legislative and Judicial Branches, the Military-Industrial Complex, the Mainstream Media, and especially from the Wall Street investment and banking industries.

Together with the Council on Foreign Relations, the Trilateral Commission and the Bilderberg Group among other clandestine and shadowy organizations, policy is laid out quite clearly for the U.S. Department of State to comply with.  Essentially, it’s all just a big monopoly game being played 24/7 by all the superpowers within the world community of nations.  Whoever has the biggest dog in the political fights basically wins the day. Likewise, those nations with the greatest military capability and economic prowess never lose the game.

The COMMITTEE OF 300 — Who are they?

Of course, there is an overarching plan being executed all the time which reflects the outworking of the New World Order agenda.   Where that agenda concerns the Middle East this decade, the immediate goals were to sufficiently destroy national sovereignty and territorial integrity so that borders could be redrawn, nationalism would be greatly diminished, populations could be forced into mass exodus off their ancestral lands and religious conflicts would be inflamed to further disunify societies everywhere. Syria is a perfect example of how they accomplished all of these under the initial oversight of Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

At the end of the day, it will be revealed that there are literally thousands of Hillary and Bill Clinton tag teams across the USA and the world taking orders from a supranational and unconstitutional body of secret leaders.  These highly furtive decision-makers operate so far behind the scenes that they will never be known.  Even the Obamas and Clintons don’t know who they are.  Nevertheless, these carefully selected political marionettes are bound to obey each and every order that comes down the pike since every American politician only serves in their respective capacities at the pleasure of those true puppet masters.

Welcome to the real workings of the U.S. Department of State and the Clinton Foundation! It should now be clear why such criminal organizations exist and are able to embark upon crime sprees on behalf of the U.S. Federal Government.  It should also be more apparent how the national security state has taken over the entire government so as to ensure strict adherence to an agenda that is far removed from serving the interests of the U.S. citizenry.
