Oct. 3, 2016 was a good day in court for supporters of the Bundys and the Patriot Political Prisoners taking a hard stand in Federal court in Portland, OR. The defense called 6 witnesses, and Judge Anna Brown dismissed the gun charges against Shawna Cox, one of the people in the vehicle LaVoy Finicum was driving before he was killed, and the occupants terrorized and arrested.
Harney County Sheriff, David Ward, was called back to the stand and pretty much just verified that he abandoned his post as a Constitutional Sheriff; and chose not to “interfere” with the Feds during the stand up. In other words, he allowed the Federal government to just come on in and terrorize a town, ramp up some nonexistant militarized “takeover”, and stomp on everyone’s Constitutional rights in the process. Atta boy, Dave. I hope Burns has sense enough not to elect you in Nov. when your appointed term runs out. I think you’ve proved whose side you’re on, and it’s NOT Harney County’s. I’ll say the same thing to you that I said to Lucas McClain’s face in Portland…I’m having a very hard time forgiving SOME people, I’m working on it, but it’s hard.
Here’s John’s afternoon report and Mr. Thornton’s comments on his experience testifying as a witness in the trial today. John Lamb continues to bring us on the ground reporting from after court today. He interviews the guy the FBI dubbed unidentified as ‘Idaho Jerry” , Brand Nu Thornton from Las Vegas…the man who blows the Shofar.
John Lamb’s morning update for today can be found here. There’s a little action in the beginning unrelated to any Patriot Corner activities or individuals. Just look at what all showed up to handle this situation; a woman going the wrong way on a one way street amd ran over a fire hydrant, yes, really. https://www.facebook.com/john.lamb.16121/videos/892533644223553/
The best news today is Shawna Cox’s gun charges being dropped. I enjoyed one of Maxine Bernstein’s tweets today
Gun Charge Against Shawna Cox Dismissed, Ward Testifies
Court continues tomorrow with Ammon Bundy taking the stand. As Maxine Bernstein tweeted today, he said he feels he has no choice but to take the stand in his own defense. Having sat in that courtroom, I can greatly understand and give him my support.
The sketch is of Sheriff David Ward.
