A 30-year-old man was arrested Tuesday afternoon after he was found to be carrying a .380 loaded with hollow points on a New York subway.
Two plainclothes officers noticed Michael Chillious hop over the turnstile, but when they approached him, he unsuccessfully attempted to flee.
A search of Chillious’ person revealed he was illegally carrying handgun loaded with hollow point bullets. Further investigation revealed the handgun was stolen.
