In a 2010 video, Andrew Breitbart makes note of Clinton campaign chair John Podesta as one of the most corrupt political figureheads in D.C.
“This is a concerted effort. Politics or personal destruction. F-ck you, John Podesta,” said Breitbart to Dave Weigel, a journalist at Slate magazine. “What’s in your closet, John Podesta? Big Podesta? Big Soros? Do you want us to play the games? Because we’re playing to win.”
Podesta, who previously served in the Bill Clinton White House, uses his connections with government officials to drive the leftist agenda. He used Peter Kadzik, the assistant attorney general for the Department of Justice to access information pertaining to the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s email server.
Charlie Spiering of Breitbart.com explains Andrew Breitbart’s run-in with Podesta in 2009 at the time of the ACORN scandal:
Andrew Breitbart tangled with Podesta during the ACORN scandal, as the liberal operative joined the scandal-tainted organization’s advisory council. “Since Mr. Podesta was appointed to investigate ACORN, the only thing investigated has been the investigators, Mr. O’Keefe, Ms. Giles, and the publisher of the journalism behind it, yours truly,” Breitbart wrote in the Washington Times in 2009.
Podesta left his position in the Foreign Affairs Policy board last year to join Hillary Clinton’s campaign.
Since his email account was hacked and more than 58,000 emails have now been released on Wikileaks. Many of the private affairs and corruption inside the Clinton campaign have been laid bare for all to see.
Should Clinton claim her crown to the presidency, we are likely to see Podesta serve a high position in her administration.
