      Thanks for your tip, however the recipe does not make sense!
      Ingredients

      10 tbsp. of linseed
      2 oz. (1 kg) of wildflower honey 2 oz does not equal 1kg
      75 oz. (50 g) of pumpkin seeds 75 oz = 2126 g ? not (50g)
      3 tbsp. of raisins
      75 oz. (50 g) of wheat grain
      5 tbsp. of ground sesame
      75 oz. (50 g) of sunflower seeds

      Would appreciate clarity regarding this, thanks

        I would suggest you perhaps remove the wheat grain from that, considering your tonsils, if functioning as it would considers gluten pathogenic, that is, foreign and invasive. But don’t take my word for it, go check it out.

          Food is such a lose definition. Anything you stop in your mouth can be food.

          I am not against trying natural remedies, and nutrition as medicine, but on BIN most of the remedies are inaccurate, incomplete, or nonsense. Sometimes there is good information, but usually not.

      It doesn’t always heal every joint, but mornings I take 3 supplements for the skeletal system:

      One capsule NOW brand “Calcium Hydroxyapatite Caps” (SwansonVitamins.com) – Has type 1 collagen which feeds tendons and ligaments. I had bending knee pain and sensitive teeth which both went away or have greatly improved.

      One 500 mg capsule “Chicken Sternum Cartilage Collagen Type II” (SwansonVitamins or Pipingrock)- Has type 2 collagen which feeds cartilage.
      I had loose knee sockets which filled in and bone on bone knee contact which went away after 3 or 4 months of one capsule per day.
      One person canceled their hip replacement after taking I think one capsule daily for 6 months.
      Another person’s knee pain went away after I think 5 months of one capsule per day.

      I also take one 300 mg capsule of 70% silica Bamboo Extract (PipingRock.com) mornings for nails, hair, skin, etc. My nails grow pretty fast I think because I take this.

      The body needs raw materials to have a chance to rebuild although my shoulder never did rebuild and still is defective but painlessly functional. I take other supplements for the other body systems:

      One capsule mornings of each:
      NOW quercetin dihydrate 400 mg (with bromelain): lungs, protection from colds and flu. I no longer catch a chest cold each winter.
      Swanson hesperidin 500 mg: gums. I no longer have gum pain.
      Swanson Serrazymes (serrapeptase) 40,000 unit: stroke protection for clearing carotid arteries. I heard/felt a turbulence go through my carotid arteries the first evening as I laid my head on the pillow.
      PipingRock or Swanson Nopal Prickly Pear Cactus Opuntia 650 mg: psoriasis/itching skin after eating went away within days of 1 or 2 capsules after meals. Now I take 1 capsule daily.
      PipingRock Macadamia Nut Oil (1 or 2 tablespoons internally after meals): fungal big toenail completely dropped off in 2 months or two 16 oz bottles, then toenail regrew healthy over the next year. Some peripheral neuropathy (intermittent toe numbness & tingling) disappeared at the same 2 month time frame. I now just take 1 tablespoon daily. Has 18% of the antimicrobial (antifungal) palmitoleic acid.
