Beef Bone Broth Recipe – Total Time: 48 Hours
Water to cover bones
3 TBS of apple cider vinegar
2 bay leaves
Salt to taste
Vegetables of your choice
1. Wash and chop vegetables
2. Place all ingredients in a slow cooker, then fill with enough water to cover bones.
3. Turn slow cooker to high until water boils, then reduce to low and simmer for 24-48 hours.
4. Allow broth to cool
5. Skim fat from surface
6. Strain solids from liquids
7. Drink immediately, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 3 days or freezer up to 3 months.
