Update: White House Just Responded to Judge Halting “Trump Travel Ban”
Late last night the news broke that some federal judge who supports Black Lives Matter out of Washington State had the audacity to halt President Trump’s “Travel ban” …. which would take effect nationwide. He was very confident that there would be nothing President Trump could do to override this halt…unless he decided to be unlawful.
Either way it was a catch 22 for President Trump, at least…that’s what this Judge thought.
Well now we have learned, he was wrong.
Truth is, President Trump has all rights to bar people from entering the United State of America if we have no way of properly vetting the people who are trying to come into our country. It’s that simple.
There isn’t actually a ‘constitutional right’ to come to the U.S.
If they do come, they are obligated to abide by our laws, but not given the constitutional rights we has citizens have.
Coming to America is a privilege, not a right. Regardless of what the loony left wants to claim.
What that means is…this so-called restraining order that was supposedly effective immediately, might not ever see the light of day.
The White House has responded with the ‘why’ …
The Department of Justice is ready to file an emergency stay of this ridiculous order and make moves to defend the executive order of President Trump and his ban. They say the ban is lawful and appropriate. The order itself is intended to protect the homeland of Americans, and as President he has the constitutional authority and responsibility in fact, to do just that… protect the American people.
The law itself states:
“Whenever the President finds that the entry or any aliens of of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate.”
So Trump’s executive order was lawful, and there is NOTHING this bleeding heart Judge can do about it.
Shhh you hear that? I believe that’s the sound of liberals triggering, and snowflakes making a run for their safe places…

And according to further articles, there was spoken of the supreme court ruling regarding ‘judges’ making such a claim against executive/legislative branch making such laws, bans, or exec orders. Supremes said that the power rests with the exec/leg. branch which is elected by the people to fulfill such campaign promises, not with the ‘judges’, many of whom are not elected by the people.
I will definitely prefer that leftists that want into America, be they communists, fascist or Islamists may go as fast as the legs can carry them or the wings of angels of the Almighty can take them to their eternal damnation.
America will be made available to those that intend to worship Satan after this nation has been used up to evangelize the entire world for Jesus Christ as HIS bride. Afterwards be yee damned to your eternity in HELL. You can use the resources of this nation after HIS church has left.
It really all does not matter.
Its only about VISITORS that already have an entry visa being able to use that visa for a very short stay before RETURNING to wherever they came from.
Trump wants to immediately halt everyone at the airport and send them all straight back. But there would be a good legal argument that if you get a legitimate visa issued by a US embassy, and buy a return ticket, you should be able to use both.
This is not about immigration, illegal or otherwise. Its about short term visit for business or holiday purposes
The State Department would have the US embassies in those countries immediately stop issuing new visas. So the problem will quickly disappear as the very few people this involves either get their short stay or get sent back.
