CIA goes corporate for career opportunity ads (VIDEOS)

The Central Intelligence Agency is putting the word out that the nation’s premier foreign intelligence service is looking for the those looking for a new career in the fast-paced global information environment with a series of new headhunter spots on social media.

But the ads aren’t filled with jumping out of airplanes, furious hand-to-hand combat with swarthy spy types in exotic lands, and taking out enemy agents with suppressed weaponry.

Nope.

We got videos packed with royalty free background music, including lots of shots of equally attractive yet demographically diverse people in touch with their personal care products living the business casual lifestyle.

You see, the CIA needs business, finance and IT experts, language specialists, science and technology geeks (termed Technical Intelligence Officers), engineers and regular old HR and type folks to make the agency work.

But don’t fret, if you “thrive on challenge and significant responsibility” and are “self-reliant, self-confident, adaptable, and flexible” and want to get involved in “the clandestine collection of human intelligence (HUMINT) and by conducting Covert Action as directed by the President,” there is still Clandestine Services err, we mean Directorate of Operations (GPA of 3.0 or better is preferred).
