Here is Joshua Martinez’ statement upon his release from jail in Las Vegas on 2/10/17.  He speaks from his heart and I thank him for his stand, and the honorable person who paid the rest of his OUTRGEOUS $2640 bail.

And for those ignorant, mean spirited, label loving, hive brained people who keep saying that Joshua is a “sovcit” or doing this as some “sovereign citizen”, get over yourselves and grow a brain!  I’m glad he addresses that in his statement. Joshua Martinez was arrested on 2/7/17 in Las Vegas, NV by metro police after attempting to obtain the names of the officers, and the rule of law they used to refuse him entry into the Federal Court House on 2/6/17.  He wanted this information to prefare for a perfectly legal challenge, a reasonable request.
